We stayed here for two weeks, and as a result, this hotel gets an uncertain 4 ⭐️.
The location is convenient - near 7/11, various bars, restaurants, sangteo stop in the direction of the night market, from here there is an exit to a parallel street to catch sangteo in the direction of terminal 21. You don't really buy into the sea - it's better to go to the islands, and the beach with coarse sand is very polluted. I don't really like spending time there.
There is a large, beautiful pool at the entrance to the hotel - but not at all secluded. Almost any passerby can actually visit it, and it often smells like food from an attached establishment nearby.
There are a lot of sun beds, towels are provided for painting, there are showers both open and closed, restrooms and everything you need. But the pool is open until 19:00 - swimming is prohibited after that. The territory is closed at night.
There is an opportunity to go to the pool on the roof of the neighboring building, but the details of its operation are not known.
The hotel itself has a good breakfast selection - as a rule, nothing changes from day to day, but this does not prevent you from eating a variety of meals. Classic breakfasts are served from 6 a.m. to 10 a.m.
There are cockroaches in the hotel itself, both large and small, but from time to time they try to fight them and disinfect them.
Room cleaning is scheduled daily. You can discard it with a sign. You can request an off-schedule cleaning service. However, they are not cleaned very conscientiously. Rather, they restore visual order and replenish supplies. In two weeks, our bed linen has never been changed. When we checked in, it was the same - not the cleanest. There was a lipstick mark on the wall, and behind the chairs/under the furniture, everything was dusty and dirty, with elements of the previous tenants' vital activity.
The biggest disadvantage for us was the incredible audibility with the neighbors on the other side of the door. Since the rooms are paired with two interior doors, we fully knew who was sleeping with whom, who was smoking what, who was drinking what, and other details that we didn't want to know at all. (And sometimes it would be nice to sleep soundly without headphones)
Either the bed is crooked, or the mattress has been dented for years, but you can't sleep on the side - you slide into the center.
Wi-fi is available throughout the hotel without any problems. I managed to work remotely and even hold phone calls. The staff is friendly and helpful, loves to laugh.
The view from the room was great, it was very pleasing when we were in the room.
In general, it was good - if there is no goal to stay in the room 24/7. But, for example, Cozy Beach is much more pleasant to me.
The hotel is very decent! It's two minutes to the sea, which is great, a cool pool and daily cleaning. The breakfasts are delicious too, you won't stay hungry. A significant disadvantage is the lack of a balcony. But when choosing a hotel, we were aware of this drawback and agreed to put up with it. In general, our Thai vacation was unforgettable, and every day we thanked me for choosing the hotel, because we were picked up last on the tour, and brought first))
