We were at a birthday party at this center. Everything was paid for and agreed upon in advance.
Immediately, as soon as we entered there, we were greeted by the disgruntled and arrogant "faces" of the administrators! It seemed that we came to their house, and not to the children's center. It was very unpleasant. But that's not all.
Administrators are very unfriendly to children, constant aggression towards them, you can't touch anything for children, you can't take toys, it's good that they were allowed to "breathe".
The attitude towards children is disgusting! I have not seen such an attitude in any children's center yet!
The "cherry on the cake" was a certain man, I assume that this is the owner of this institution. He saw our garbage collected in a box and a bag, and decided that we had left this garbage for him (by the way, we left the garbage outside the door of the institution so that my husband would throw it away). This man very rudely told me that you take out your garbage yourself, to which I received an answer.
The conclusion is this: the attitude towards children and parents is terrible! Don't set foot there anymore! And I will strongly advise all my friends and acquaintances NOT to visit this institution!
We celebrated a children's birthday. The administrator started being rude from the doorstep, they used to be at this center on holidays, the guy worked, there were no questions and boorish behavior. Now the mood was spoiled, thanks to such a worker. I have never met such an attitude towards children in the children's centers of our city!!! It is very stuffy in the center, the windows do not open for ventilation., garbage after the celebration must be taken with you, in general, it is not thought out. You can turn a blind eye to everything, except for such behavior of the employee!All the guests were shocked by her screams. I do not recommend taking risks with a children's holiday.

We ordered pizza for the children, arranged a sweet table. I cleaned up after myself. They took out the boxes in the trash, there were only 5-7 disposable cups left on the table. The employee came out and said in a dissatisfied tone: "You didn't clean up after yourself!!!!"

But on Friday they celebrated their birthday there, booked a month and a half in advance, made an advance payment, paid 270 rubles for three hours, but from the very threshold the staff was extremely unfriendly with the guests, and during the evening they just growled at the children endlessly, made remarks to them for no reason, rudely communicated with them and just They were openly rude. The sediment is extremely unpleasant, I hope it's just that we were unlucky with the shift and they communicate more friendly with other children.
A play center for children from 5 years old. There are many interesting games. They are everywhere - projections on the floor, on the walls. There are a couple more rooms with entertainers. And it's interesting for adults to try it. By the way, there are separate rest rooms with a table and a microwave for them. There are only 10 chairs in total.
