I visited John Doner on Zhukov Avenue and had only pleasant impressions. Very fast service: the order was accepted and cooked in just a few minutes, which is especially pleasant when you want to have a snack on the go. The staff is polite and attentive, they tell you if you can't decide on a choice.
The shawarma turned out to be really delicious: juicy meat, fresh vegetables, excellent sauce balance - nothing overflowed or fell apart. The portions are hearty, and the prices are quite affordable for this quality.
The interior is simple, but cozy and clean - it is clear that the order is being monitored. A good option for both a quick snack and a more relaxing lunch.
I recommend it to those who like delicious food without too much pathos.

It's not the first time I've ordered at Igumen. Always delicious and high-quality. But this time the order was mixed up. I hope the other person likes falafel, it's the best in town here (imho). Mistakes happen and it's not fatal. In general, the guys here are always very polite, they try to cook everything as quickly and efficiently as possible.

We arrived with a group of 4 people, ordered a shawarma, after waiting for 20 minutes, instead of the promised 10, we gave only three shawarma, explaining that the fourth was poorly warmed up and the waiting lasted for another 10 minutes. It seemed like nothing terrible, but the shawarma was cold for everyone, two shawarma were burst, the pita bread was like a cracker, hard and dry, there was so much sauce that you could also take it home. When consumed, the whole shawmra fell apart like the USSR at one time, all hands were in sauce, I wanted to note only two things, the sauces are delicious and the meat is acceptable, but this kind of sourdough should be served on a plate with a fork. In the end, everyone had a lot of sauce and greasy hands. In general, there is only one star and no more, there are too many disadvantages for this institution, I highly recommend it, even in times of famine

Shawarma was often taken here because of its convenient location. But things have gotten a lot worse lately. The shawarma itself is average in taste, but the consequences - as luck would have it, the last time was really bad.
Maintenance is a different story. Yesterday we just stood and watched as our order lay on the table after grilling and waited for it to be packed in 5 minutes. And no, there was no queue, the cashier was just on the phone...

Delivery order. Greek doner, 600 g. They brought a well-warm one, the ingredients corresponded to the declared composition. The taste - it was not bland, not dry. A lot of sauce and pekingese, very little chicken. The sauce is indistinct, to taste and salty- as if mayonnaise was mixed with a slurry of olives. The chicken is more like just boiled. The first order is through the app. Such a thing... It should be noted that on Zhukov, in the shopping center it was much tastier.

In short, but it's fine. Nothing outstanding.
I took a barbecue shawarma and a hodgepodge.
The shawarma was predictably dry, there was little barbecue sauce, almost no feeling, but I was glad that the shawarma consisted of cabbage for half, at least somehow softening its dryness.
And the hodgepodge may be delicious, but it didn't work out to be appreciated, it was heated in a microwave to the temperature of lava. While I was choking on shavukha, hoping that the soup would cool down a little, I notably miscalculated :)
She hasn't cooled down a degree.. It was impossible to eat, but the money was "swallowed up" and he sat, blew, stirred... So 5 minutes. As a result, I tasted solyanka with an already burnt tongue. It was sour for a long time, there was practically no meat, several sausages and one olive were floating. There was no lemon. But they piled up a lot of mayonnaise, while stirring the whole thing, the clothes successfully went into the washing machine. Styrofoam soup container + plastic spoon. When a spoon touches a container, even a scarecrow, there is a splash of this lava.
I ate there, on the spot, at a table.
In general, my impression of this institution has not deteriorated a bit, but it has not improved either. I knew where I was going.
But, it's a bit of a pity 16 rubles..

I ordered Teriyaki shawarma, it's dry, and I don't feel any teriyaki sauce at all. Sesame seeds are not included… But the staff doesn't care, they answer like the prisoners there, what is indicated on the board in the menu is not true, the ingredients have been changed!!!!
It's bland, there are no spices, nothing salty at all. There is almost no sauce!
I took it earlier, it was also bland, so I ordered Teriyaki. But there's no difference at all, no difference at all.…

Cashiers of non-Russian nationality do not know the language well, they cannot explain it properly. I've been there twice and passed by twice. The first time we ordered Pita without tomatoes, in the end they began to do it with tomatoes, I saw it, went up to the cook, he said he would fix everything. In the end, I just got them, and that's not all. What if I was allergic to them?? For good in such cases, they are obliged to redo. If I hadn't said so, they would have given it with tomatoes.
Today I ordered a shawarma and asked to add jalapeno, I paid the money for the additive, but they didn't add jalapeno to me. The order was made for 20 minutes and at the end the cashier mixed up the orders and gave me someone else's)))
That shawarma, that pita are very dry, there is little sauce, pita bread is hard.

The best shawarma in the city. Take my word for it. I've already eaten everything I could in the city for you. Without risks, you can and should choose them. There is a lot of meat, sauces are cool, vegetables are good. The delight is supreme. I recommend Caesar and Greek - 10/10 for me. The staff is polite, they do everything quickly and tasty. I apologize for the lack of photos, but when I eat, they never manage to tear themselves away from the photo. TOP in Minsk. If you compare Papa Doner (it takes a long time to wait, everything is wildly greasy and filled with ketchup or other questionable sauce)- it's like Rolls and Geely. And now about stability: many networks get worse over time, but this is not about John Doner. There is only a cooler menu and always high quality.

Very tasty shawarma. I took it for the first time. Doner with shrimp is a TOP🔥 A lot of shrimp, vegetables, and sauce harmoniously fits into all this. The guy who works on the doner roll is a big smart guy. Quickly, efficiently, and everything is clear. All gramovki were weighed. I recommend.

We bought shawarma with my wife. One cream cheese, the other caesar. Both shawarma are unusually dry. For some reason, pickled cucumber and olives were put in the caesar, why? As a result, my wife started having stomach aches that evening. I started to get sick the next day.

So-so grumpy: sauces are greasy, mayonnaise is not tasty, nuggets are tastier in the KFS (which is surprising), cheese sticks taste like cheese with flour, cheese shawarma with cheese sticks 🤦♂️
The only delicious thing there is the pulpy drink.
The staff is normal.
