Dear Dmitry, I am writing to you with an open review as a leader who, I hope, values his reputation. 7 days ago, I paid for the transmission oil to be replaced in the automatic transmission at your service station. However, the ZT oil recommended by your "experts" was never used, because in fact it did not fit the automatic transmission of my car. I expected that in such a situation, the funds would be promptly refunded. Unfortunately, despite my reminders and verbal appeals, the money has still not been returned. It looks at least disrespectful to the client. You do not refuse to return the money, but you do not return it either, delaying the decision indefinitely. Such behavior is unacceptable for a company that wants to be honest and customer-oriented. I hope that after this review, the situation will be resolved as soon as possible. Otherwise, I will have to contact the appropriate authorities, as well as share my experience on public platforms. Evgeniy

Not very much. They do not do it carefully, they forget to fasten the bolt, put the fasteners in place, they constantly lose the caps from the discs, they do it like on a conveyor belt.

I have been serving my Range here for more than 3 years, the guys are great, I am always happy with their work, there is no problem that they would not solve. Special thanks to the head Dmitry, he managed to gather competent specialists, human attitude and repair prices are real, I would say even low for this class of car. I wish them the expansion of the service, so as not to wait in line, because there are many people who want to get there!
