A very good mini-hotel, guesthouse.
The location is excellent: Karon beach, the center, there are many cafes nearby (both on the left and on the right, as you leave the hotel, they are normal in price and quality), 7/11 one towards the beach on the road, the other at the intersection above, a little deeper.
Fruits are also sold nearby, again towards the beach there is (more expensive), towards the road where the traffic light is (as you leave the hotel to the right up to the intersection).
Massage parlors are everywhere, the main thing is to find your master.
There are bars nearby.
There are pharmacies nearby too. There was enough of everything, everything is there. Don't be afraid to go into the courtyards, there are a lot of interesting things there, for example, we found a wonderful place for breakfast!
Anyone who is looking for something will always find it :)
To the sea, slowly and unhurriedly, 5-6 minutes.
It takes 10-12 minutes to get to Kata, there are a lot of wonderful things there.
The Karon Ring is 17-20 minutes away.
The hotel itself is small, one building has two floors, there is no territory. At all. You can dry things outside, there is enough space.
The laundry is right here, 60 baht / kg. There is also a microwave at the entrance, you can warm up something, for example, ready-made from 7/11.
Room cleaning is daily, everything is neat and clean.
The room was for three, one large double, one for one. The beds are nice and comfortable. The pillows are good, new. If there are not enough of them or something, then you can ask, they will do everything, they will give.
The room has a window, the curtains are thick, in the morning you can sleep longer than the sun rises.
The bathroom has a sink, shower, toilet.
Everything is clean, everything is working.
Towels are changed daily, if suddenly there is not enough, then they give more. There are beach towels. But for us they were very big and heavy. We didn't use them.
The room has a bedside table, wardrobe, refrigerator, TV (not used), good air conditioning, bedside table, mirror with shelf, table, plates, forks, spoons, mugs, kettle, glasses, etc.
There is a tour desk, the hostess herself sells. Advises what and how. The discounts are good.
In general, the hostess is wonderful, sweet, responsive, caring!
Our entire stay was nice and peaceful. At Christmas, everyone was treated to fruits.
I just gave my daughter a set of crabs and hair bands.
She is always friendly and smiling.

Cons: it's noisy. In the morning it is noisy from washing machines (there is a low-end service), in the evening until 2-3 in the morning Russian karaoke.
Otherwise, everything is fine.
A nice spacious bright room, a window on the 2nd floor overlooks the light, not into the wall or the next window. Comfortable bed, natural bed linen. The plumbing is all working. There is a kettle, dishes. A very pleasant hostess. Promptly responds to WhatsApp. Nearby there are two 7/11, fruits, bike rental, pharmacies, massage parlors, 5 minutes walk to the middle of Karon beach. A large selection is available.

A good guesthouse, very convenient location , 5-7 minutes to the beach , cleaning daily , the room is spacious enough , there is no balcony , you can dry things outside quietly, put water daily, you can wash things by renting here for 60 Baht kg,soap , shampoo , shower caps , cotton sticks , plates and forks , knives , everything is in the room !there are a lot of shops, cafes and fruit stalls nearby

We were at the guesthouse in February 2020 with my husband and child.
Positive:
+ very close to the sea (300 meters);
+ good beds, wide and comfortable;
+ very friendly hostesses, always help and prompt;
+ all the infrastructure for recreation nearby (shops, massage, cafes, scooter rental).
Minuses:
- weak noise insulation: you can hear the neighbors, you can hear those who went out to smoke, the cafe is very audible on Thursdays (live music late);
- the air conditioner is aimed at the bed, it's stuffy without it, and with it, they caught a cold;
- there is no place to dry the laundry - the bathroom is wet, I had to dry it by hanging on the window curtain or on chairs;
- there has been no repair in the bathroom for a long time, the wires and tiles are in poor condition.
In general, the price / quality met expectations, there is a small choice of housing by the sea for such money. If it's for 1-3 days, then it's just perfect!
