The hotel itself is great, the rooms are clean and cozy, the location is right in the center. The receptionist is a very nice and friendly girl, she showed me everything and told me about the accommodation. There are no questions about the hotel itself, just a positive impression.
But, unfortunately, everything was overshadowed by the following situation:
When leaving, they forgot the AirPods pro 2 headphones in the bedside table, they realized after leaving. The keys were handed over to the cleaning lady at the check-out, who immediately went to clean the room, meaning she couldn't help but find them. However, when they contacted the administrator, they said that she had not transmitted any headphones.
At the same time, the "Locator" tracked how they began to "walk" around the city from the hotel (the last point of their location), and periodically returning to the same place, probably the address of her residence.
The loss, of course, is not critical, but unpleasant.
Please ask the hotel administration to take a more careful approach to the selection of staff, as this greatly affects the precious reputation.
And the advice to the guests is to check things carefully when checking out.
