The house I live in is beautiful, but there are drawbacks! As people say, the idea is good, but the implementation has failed.
This modern house has a cool courtyard with landscaping, high ceilings (3 meters) and huge windows (2x2 meters).
⚫️ CONS ⚫️
Lack of sound insulation. When talking in raised tones of neighbors, the words are distinguishable (alas, the jamb is incorrigible! You can only make noise insulation yourself).
The overall quality of the work. Despite the fact that the house is positioned as "Comfort+", cheap materials and crooked hands are used everywhere (for example, the handle on the yard stores, which is a little more than a year old, looks like it went through a war! This indicates the quality of the fittings in general).
Infrastructure. The house is rented, people live, but many points are still not taken into account. People, taking their children to school, run across an eight-lane road, climbing over a fence, since it's far to walk around! The transition is promised to be installed only in January 2024.
There are other points, but I think that's enough.

Beautiful view from the window. You can see the boundless Kazakh steppe, and because of the nearby airport, you can see planes landing (you can't hear the noise). Beautiful road especially at night. There will be a shopping center nearby, which will not spoil the view."
