The managers are completely incompetent. It seems that they don't even know what can and cannot be sent. in the PEC, everything is much simpler, maybe more expensive. I had to send a cargo from Shymkent to Moscow. I explained in as much detail as possible what I want to send and to whom. The manager didn't even bother to read WHAT I was sending, he immediately writes to me asking what I want to send. I do not recommend this company. maybe they are normal in terms of deadlines, but managers do not know their job, they do not care at all about customers, who wants to send what there. there is no service. by the way, the address on the map is incorrect. they also appealed my review so that people could not see the real reviews
