To buy 1 small product on a popular Russian website, you need to fill out incomprehensible, complicated forms, information about which is unknown to the client, when contacting jet, they stupidly kick off saying that they will call themselves - in the end they did not call. The job is off the hook. Look for another customer-oriented logistics company.
