Amazing food and drinks. 10/10 for them!
Comfortable sun beds, the beach as a whole is well equipped.
Pools are shallow and sometimes there are a lot of people in them. But you can find the one where you can do the least.
There is tennis, you can take a ball for a pool or volleyball.
The evening shows are fun in some places, but I wouldn't say super.
The staff is pleasant.
50-50 visitors:

The staff is polite, there are Russian speakers, very attentive for tips. The rooms are old, but everything is clean and working. A hotel with a large clean green area. There are many pools, adults and children. The sea is shallow, especially at low tide. But for tourists with children, this is a huge plus. There is a reef where you can watch marine life with masks. The food is decent, there are plenty to choose from, meat, fish and seafood, vegetables, fruits. Evening animation for children and adults. Of the cons: sometimes the smell of sewage; and the lack of paper napkins in the restaurant, there are no complaints about the waiters, the boys are quick and always ready to help, but sometimes they themselves had to run to look for napkins. Well, a minor disadvantage is that you need to go to the beach with towels, and it's not very close, and back, the change takes place in the room. We were lucky and had a rest without any problems, everything was fine!

I had a rest from October 17 to 24 with my family (2 children + 1 child 5 years old)
Regarding the hotel: the food in the main restaurant is delicious. There were no problems with cleaning, but for two days they knocked out a towel for the child, instead of the standard 2x per room. Good alcoholic cocktails at the reception bar.
Slides- there are 5 slides. My 5-year-old daughter skated from the extreme left, the speed is developing small, comfortable. The pool is 92 cm deep there.
The staff is mostly non-Russian speaking.
Due to the strong wind, the water in the pool is cold, during the day it is not so critically perceived because of the sun, and in the morning and late afternoon it is uncomfortable for swimming.
I do not recommend this hotel to those who find it hard to walk a lot. Because part of the hotel was partitioned off, if you were given a room near the pool in front of the reception, you will have to bypass the buildings and walk along another pool, then to go to the first line you need to climb up the hill, then go down the steps (there is a path nearby for strollers). Back, respectively, is also an ascent and descent. There is a mini-car from the reception, it takes you to the 1st line to the beach, the guide said 1 dollar in 1 direction, she did not use it herself.
With regard to the sea, the water in the sea is comfortable, everything is spoiled by the wind. I attached a video of the evening wind (I hope it will be moderated) such a wind in the morning. It's cold to go out and into the water.

The food was good, everyone found dishes to their liking, and there were 5 of us. But they fell a little short of 5 stars. The rooms are large, but old. There are problems with the electrics. A great hotel for a family holiday. The territory is huge, there is a lot of greenery. There is a place to walk. Lots of pools, slides (always clean). The hotel is really nice.
It's great for Egypt.
The cleanliness is being monitored. The room is cleaned well, every day. If something is missing, say it, do not wait, they will correct themselves, they will do it, just so as not to spoil the impression of themselves. They treat the staff very strictly, they work out every review apparently. We lived there for 14 days. We did general cleaning twice, and changed the bed linen. All other days wet cleaning, change of towels for regular and beach towels.
There is no mini bar. Just water. The lobby has the most delicious cocktails. In the bars near the pool, they don't really try, you can tip 1-2 dollars, you can change the situation a little. But there is no emphasis on this.
The food is decent. The waiters are so nice and all very friendly, treat them like their family. The food is very tasty, the chefs are trying their best.
Two hot stations for breakfast (eggs or omelette + waffles or pancakes)
The rest is muesli, porridge, milk, sausages, cheeses, sausages, vegetables, beans. There are a lot of things. The next day after checking in, the manager called and asked if everything was in order (this had never happened anywhere before). Two restaurants (not counting A la carte), one of which is 18+. The central restaurant has a children's area with a children's menu. The food is delicious, the pastry chef has a separate respect. Animation is present, but I can't evaluate it, I didn't participate (aqua aerobics, dancing, etc.). The spa is available for a fee. There is a water park nearby. The beach is big, it's a pity that the pier is closed for repairs, but they don't let you into the neighboring ones. It's not very convenient to swim, it's shallow (it didn't bother me). Beautiful territory, clean sun beds and lots of them, friendly staff. A huge restaurant. The food is normal, I can't say anything special about it. There are herons and other animals on the territory.
There is no cleaning at all!
-Bed linen with stains, someone else's eyelashes and hair;
-Towels with stains, hair, holes in places;
-Beach towels are not changed;
-Dust and dirt in the room is the most harmless.
-Panton does not work, it takes 10-15 minutes to go to the next one. For 10 days of vacation we were there 2 times)
In general, we are satisfied, if there is a good discount on the tour / hotel, take it. 200k in 10 days, of course, is not worth it. But also not the worst option.
Advice to those who travel by Biblioglobus: Do not take excursions from BiblioGlobus (cost 4 times more expensive, organizations 0)

We had a rest at jazz mirabelle beach. Great! The territory is large, the service is good, the food is excellent, access to the sea is not far, the entrance is convenient for children, the pier for entering the sea is immediately deeper in repair for the second year. Therefore, to dive, you have to go far out to sea.

This hotel is more for passive recreation, families with small children.
Entertainment: there are animators, but on the territory of another hotel, a small water park, many pools on site, in the evenings there is only one performance, demonstration dances, contests and shows at the pool, and it only lasts one hour (( there is no more entertainment, you can sit somewhere to the music from your speakers.

We took a three-deck yacht from the hotel, very cool, a visit to an island of white sand, and 2 more places for diving with masks. It's very cool, there are a lot of colorful, small and large fish. The food on the yacht is excellent, seafood, kebabs and much more.
They also took you around the city, it's boring, but it's interesting, keep in mind one thing, you will be brought to markets and factories where the price tags are large, so it is included in the hotel commission.
It's better to walk by yourself, there is a bazaar not far from the hotel, there is a lot of everything and most importantly, Arabs like to bargain, and you can buy a lot cheaply.

I don't understand where such positive reviews come from..
Among the advantages are a well-groomed territory and staff who are trying to be helpful.
Of the main disadvantages:
1.There is no pier (it is under repair)… Those coming to the sea and being on the first coastline to swim are forced to walk for 20 minutes to the pier of someone else's hotel! Moreover, you will not be allowed to go to the neighboring ones, you need to go through one. They say electric cars go to there, but I rarely saw them and did not understand where the landing is.
2. Number. He's begging for repairs! I haven't been in such a killed 5 stars yet. Everything is stained, rusty and streaked. The bed creaked from any movement, the mattress was not comfortable. The mattresses on the children's beds were better.
There are very few outlets that would have to turn off the lamps to charge. It is very dark, there is no ceiling lamp in the main part, only bedside lamps and sconces are lit, which have to be turned off due to sockets
The mini bar was empty..
Of the pros- air conditioning, worked perfectly.
3. Nutrition. It is there, there is enough food, but don't expect variety.
We didn't go hungry and thanks for that.

It was our first time at the hotel. With children aged 16 and 17. We rented two rooms. They were 01.07-07/14/2023. The hotel really corresponds to 5 stars. A very beautiful large area. I really liked that restaurants are divided into restaurants with small children and not small ones like us. The door to the restaurant is opened by a girl at meals, it's very nice. The food is super, especially the oriental sweets, meat, fruits are gorgeous. Our rooms were 3204 and 3206, located on the patio, it was very quiet and green. They cleaned well, swans were woven from towels, it was nice. Towels were changed at 18.00-19.00 every day in the rooms. The pools are great. We went to the sea in the evenings when the water was rising and it was warm. The fact that the pontoon is being repaired did not bother us, we are not fans of jumping from it. There were no sharks. There are a lot of sun beds, everywhere at the same time. Every day at 11.00 and 16.00 the children played volleyball on the beach. The popsicle was delicious in the Reef bar from 13.00-17.00. Also, the coffee is awesome at the hotel. Lolita came to me from cocktails. In the evenings, the programs are interesting. For small children, mini discos on the beach in the evenings with dancing bears are very interesting. We visited three restaurants: Arabic, Asian and Italian for dinner. I liked Arabic the most, and the food and the service and the interior. My son and I celebrated birthdays for 17 years, they congratulated us very coolly with cakes with candles and sang songs. The spa liked the huge Jacuzzi. It costs $ 10 per person for an hour, we liked it. The Aqua park is small, but the children went for a ride. Quadrics and Jerusalem were taken from the excursions for $ 205 per person. Fantastic. Another great photographer at the hotel-photo shoots with flying dresses are super!!! Small shops on the territory of the theme: supermarket, pharmacy, oils and souvenirs. You can make online transfers online. Dollars are accepted as well. There are good local ointments in the pharmacy for burns in them, you need to ask. Upon arrival, the guide scared that there were clashes between guests, but there was nothing close to that. We had a rest in October 2022. A wonderful hotel. Excellent service. It is disappointing that there is no possibility of passage along the pontoon to the coral survey, in view of its repair. But there is an opportunity to observe the local marine fauna in an artificial depression near the shore. They observed blowfish, lionfish, moray eels, cuttlefish and a sea snake. The food is varied, without much frills, but delicious. The rooms are cleaned daily. Everything is clean and tidy. Friendly staff. We recommend it for family holidays.

The baking is super.
The sea is excellent, the repair of the pontoon was upset, but they were taken to the pontoon of another hotel.

Jaz park is a maximum of 3 stars, but definitely not 5.
The rooms are terribly dirty, the furniture is old, the bed linen is stained, the curtains are dirty, I walked on the floor in white socks, immediately turned black.
Even the white soap stains from the previous Tenants had not been washed near the sink.
It takes 10 minutes to get to the sea at a brisk pace.
The sea is shallow, there are almost no fish. Corals too.
