The hotel is basically good, my daughter and I are here for the second time.
Food. Everything is fine, the breakfasts, lunches and dinners are excellent. There is always a lot and a very large selection.
Rooms. I would like to have an update for such a cost of vouchers. Souls always leak or don't turn on, you have to ask for repairs. They are cleaned every day, there are no complaints. The bar has a lot of drinks and is updated every day. But for some reason the water is given in unopened bottles, which is strange. There were small bottles last year.
Reception. There are Russian speakers, which is nice. But it is not clear why an additional payment is required when changing the number, if there is no approved amount anywhere. The wifi is not clear, this year it is very bad, it does not catch almost anywhere except in a hotel room compared to last year. It's not very pleasant, because sometimes you have to work remotely.
Animators. A very cool team this year, girls, boys lighters. A lot of games, all kinds of parties, generally not boring. Children are entertained, adults always run to take part
Dancing is a separate respect! Flash mobs!
Separately to the director of the hotel. Please think about the quality of the services provided if you position yourself as a 5*. The rooms must be clean upon arrival and everything worked properly, or upgrade the repair... Or if they ask to change the number so that they change it, and not beg for money, with someone being charged, and someone not being asked for money for changing the number.I would have shot you two stars for sure!
