Positive:
- Beautiful well-maintained territory;
- WiFi is almost everywhere in the territory;
- Children's playground;
- Private beach with sun beds;
- Swimming pool;
- A sufficient number of barbecue areas;
- Breakfast buffet style. There is an assortment, delicious;
- Neat rooms.
Minuses:
- There are very few gazebos, tables and picnic benches. There are many more people who want to barbecue and sit in nature than there are seats;
- Lack of air conditioning, the rooms are stuffy in hot weather;
- Check-out at 12.00, in addition to the room, they are asked to leave the territory. Nevertheless, people do not go to spend the night, but to enjoy their vacation and you do not have time to enjoy it until 12 o'clock, the water is still cold in the morning. It would be possible to leave the use of the pool and the beach after eviction from the rooms, it would be much more comfortable.
It's a good level for Zhasybai. I think we'll come back again

This place is very well known in the protected area of Pavlodar region, Bayanauli district, Lake Zhasybai.
I think everyone knows that there is no service in Kazakhstan, but when faced with a franchise network such as Rixos, you realize that all is not lost.
It's usually not that easy to sign up at this place, there's a couple of queues in a month, but we decided to go in winter, hoping that it would be quieter and quieter in winter, because Vostochny has all the fuss in summer.
We have booked a VILLA, in our presentation, a luxury place, let's take the same, aforementioned Rixos, which at least has service, which is not usually available on Jasybaya.
But, as it turned out, all our dreams were in vain, there was not even a hint of any service.
Let's start with the villa, in fact, there is one room in which there is a corridor, a hall, a kitchen, a separate toilet in which there are no personal hygiene products at all, and a bedroom with a large bed. There is a sofa with a divorce of unknown origin in the hall. All night, something creaked, puffed, in general, we didn't really like anything in the Villa.
There was a disco from 20 to 23 o'clock in a Cafe, which is also a canteen. All the residents of this institution came very heavily drunk, we hoped that at least here the level would be different, but no, they managed to surprise us here too. It so happened that the security guard at the entrance of the cars is also a part-time DJ and puts on music that he personally likes. Unfortunately, there are no photos, as we arrived for a day.
And that's not all that we didn't like, the skates and buns are for rent, the existing yurts are dismantled, although they could be a highlight of the national tradition of Kazakhstan.
The breakfast was absolutely terrible, all the porridges were icy, like fried eggs and sausage, as they were presented - the most delicious pies were icy, and most importantly, there was a separate table on which there was a bowl with bulk, instant coffee, green tea bags, and there was no black tea.🤦♂️.
The conclusion is that we will not go there anymore, we are very disappointed, it is better to come in the morning, cook a barbecue, go for a swim in the mountains and drive back safely in the evening.

I liked the holiday home. The territory is clean, the water in the lake is clean, the beach is equipped. We rented a yurt, paid for the day, but left in the evening, spent half a day, there was no recalculation. 2 hours before check-in, we ordered lunch for 13 people, but lunch was not ready, moreover, there was no lunch at all, manats. They said they were out of stock, it is unclear why they accepted the order. We ordered lunch, specially stopped by the dining room, not online, not by phone. There was a wasp in the dumplings, I had to refuse. However, they gave pizza for these misunderstandings. We paid separately for 3 people and asked for 3 additional chairs in the yurt. We did not wait for these chairs, we ate standing up. A wonderful place, but the rest was ruined because of the lowest service, the service is disgusting. About the toilets, this is a sore spot on Zhasybai, one was flooded, but we found a decent toilet behind the houses, where there was warm water, a good buoy.6 Unfortunately, it is difficult to find a clean place to relax on Zhasybai, so this Holiday home stands out for its cleanliness and arrangement, it is not polluted like others. I recommend it for recreation, but be prepared for such indifferent staff, low service. The price tag is expensive

To be honest, the place is great among the steppe, a gorgeous oasis. Nature pleases us and gives us the opportunity to enjoy the views.
But the service and food 🍽️ wants to be the best 🌝 I want more cleanliness and comfort in the rooms and pleasant bed linen . I can 't help but highlight the bathhouse , or rather the steam room itself . I recommend going for a steam bath and you will understand what I meant .

We were there in May. The territory is clean, illuminated, green. The cottages are small, but very cozy, they are miniature, quite enough for 2 people. The rooms in the VIP building are neat, clean, and each has a balcony. The furniture is fresh, chipboard, but of good quality. The suite is gorgeous. A large living room, a sauna with a relaxation room, etc. dining room (Uzbek) - they cook well, the prices were acceptable in May, for 3000-4000 you can eat well, of course without delicacies and alcohol the beach is small, the reeds are cleaned at the edges, there are boats, transparent kayaks, catamarans 2 and 3 local. There was a music program. The price is above average, but it's worth it. I recommend.

An excellent recreation area in Bayanaul, probably one of the best. However, winter leisure is not well thought out. There is a lack of an indoor pool, a spa area, animation for children (well, at least a game room). But on the whole it's not bad.

We had a rest in May.It suits the landscaping of the territory, it is beautiful and modern.Of the cons: the barbecue area is small, it feels like the customers themselves are cleaning it up, a dirty table, nothing to spread out on in order to cook, another barbecue area is required near the villas, discos are late and very loud. Those who want to retire, enjoy the silence - by, only on weekdays.

We were in June 2023, the territory is very beautiful, the kitchen is not bad, the pool is a feature of the hotel, but apparently we did not get lucky, because a whole crowd of some alcoholic cattle lived with us, several pairs of family drunks with children, all 3 days they drank terribly at night, screamed right under the windows, children they squeaked and screamed and played ball all night right in the hallway, slammed doors, cursed, then the adults started fighting, the drunks broke into all the rooms.... In general, it was terrible, no one could stop it, I was terribly stressed, I was wildly afraid for my child, naturally I did not sleep at all, what kind of rest?? In general, there is no security, no one in case of fights or such situations, even the police will not come if something happens, anyone can swell up and do what they want. I was wildly nervous, I'll remember it for the rest of my life. Such a policy will definitely not bring the hotel to good.

The owner of this resort is the former akim of Pavlodar region. In June, an emergency occurred at the resort. Asset came to rest with his family. He decided to take his children for a ride on the altybakan swing and when he was rolling them, the swing structure collapsed on him and the children. The children are more or less fine. And Asset has a spinal fracture. The former mayor turned on his old connections and as a result, the police did not initiate a case, they say Asset is to blame. In general, if you want to be extreme in case of an emergency at this recreation center, I advise you to relax in this place.

Everything is well organized, there is food, the nature is wonderful, the lack of a TV in the room was a little annoying, but this is probably even for the best, walk, swim, enjoy nature. The place is protected, we even managed to see animals and forest birds. We hope to visit this place again, thanks to the owners of the hotel for the proper organization of the holiday!

We were in early March. It was a nice place, horses were walking around the territory, the slide was no longer working. The food for breakfast is average, it is included in the price, housing is expensive. It's warm in the house.
