The boiler has not been working for 3 months, there is no hot water, there has been no elevator for 1 year. Water was dripping on top of us from the upper bathroom. It's normal. They handed over the hotel to an Indian friend. He's hanging out in the garden downstairs, you're looking and finding. The kitchen staff is also Bangladeshi. It's perfect. We left early and couldn't get our money back. ETS never intervenes. We were clearly scammed.
