I don't really want to scold the airport.
Upon arrival and departure, everything is organized enough and not for very long.
Of course, all services are at a minimum.
There is a duty-free shop with a meager assortment and a cigar store. There is also something to eat and drink.
VIP is also extremely modest, but there is wi-fi (the card is given a password for an hour) and some kind of coffee with a snack: a burger with sausage, cookies, beer and water…
The staff is friendly.

We flew from Moscow, AK Azur, the arrival time is good, but there are so many mosquitoes, it's incredible. upon arrival, PCR was performed in the building, then it took a very long time to receive the luggage.
On departure, a business lounge-type waiting room was decorated on the ground floor for $ 20, drinks and snacks are light (nuts, sandwiches included) on the 2nd floor there are shops in the hall, mainly cigars and rum, there are some artisanal souvenirs, prices are high.
upon arrival at the airport, they did not let out of the bus for a very long time, by taxi without any problems. The service itself, check-in and baggage check-in at the economy class counters was much faster than in business class, passport control was quick.
I didn't like that I had to fly to Varadero for refueling

Be patient when you arrive in Cuba, because it is hot near the airport, and then you will have to stay at least 1.5-2 hours inside it.
The staff at the airport is very friendly and friendly.
The prices in the local duty-free are the same as in the resort areas, there are plenty of souvenirs for sale.
But you won't be able to have a snack at the airport, so take food with you from the hotels.
