The guest house is close to the beach and the water park. There are 4 shops around where you can buy everyday goods and food (you can even eat on a budget without visiting cafes. The same semi-finished products will be warmed up in front of you - the food is served). Clean, daily cleaning, hot water in the shower from an electric water heater. Towels and bed linen are already tired but clean (replacement every three days). A refrigerator, air conditioning, mini safe, kettle and dishes are available. If you come to relax, explore the surroundings and sights, and not sit in the room, then everything is fine. If you need exercise equipment, swimming pools, and a golf course with staff, look for another offer.

Great location, close to the sea, Russian market. The hotel is clean, the room is cleaned daily, towels are changed, bottled water, kettle, large refrigerator, safe, soap, shampoo, toilet paper - there is everything you need. Beach towels, sun beds, mats are also provided. There is a microwave on the floor. The air conditioner was working well. The rooms correspond to the description and photos on the website. The staff is friendly, all questions and requests were immediately resolved. We have only positive emotions after staying at Jardin, we will return more than once.

We are currently staying at this hotel. There are certainly advantages, such as location, on-demand cleaning, and budget cost. The room has all the conditions, hot water constantly. But the breakfasts are terrible, of course, we paid for them, but we don't go to them, and the main disadvantage is the audibility. If we come across funny neighbors, then we are guaranteed not to sleep at night. You can even hear the neighbor sneezing above us, what to say about those who are having fun behind the wall) well, no more complaints, we understood where we were going.

The hotel is very modest and old. But everything is clean, hairdryer, iron, safe, towels, etc. are available! The administrator is a Russian woman, pleasant and helpful. Of course, the breakfast was quite modest, but we were at the hotel only at night, and nothing bothered me at all. By the way, there is no pool, but the sea is 200 meters away.

I liked everything. The room is spacious, there is a washing machine in the courtyard, near the shops, a massage parlor around the corner, breakfast is the same every day, but enough to be full for several hours. Good day to all! I wanted to tell you about the Jardin 3-star hotel why in kovychki? I'll explain.
We bought a tour to this hotel not because it was cheaper (for ONE person 11 nights, 130,000 rubles), but because it is not far from the sea, and there were photos on the hotel's website of very good rooms. I was a little confused by the reviews about this hotel, I thought well, you never know, maybe they were picky. It's not the first time I've come to Thailand and I know for a fact that 3s in this country are usually decent. Therefore, we boldly bought a tour. The hostess of the hotel is Violeta Russian. They settled right away and the horror! The room has a tiny window covered with some kind of cloth. The door to the toilet does not close, and it is located 50 cm from the bed. A dirty room, some kind of dirty bardic towel, is more suitable for washing floors and not for the body, and the size is tiny. Access to the balcony, the door also does not close, the air conditioner, if it works, is so shocking that it blows away and is not regulated in any way. The room itself is 10 square meters, no more. Not a room, but a flophouse. Two days of swearing with the Russian-speaking hostess of the hotel did not give a result.(Although upon check-in, she promised to relocate the next day). By the evening of the second day of arrival, Violetta said that she would not be able to help us with the relocation tomorrow either. Naturally, I started calling Anex Tour and complaining (oh yes, they called the hotel guide, the result was zero) Apparently there was already a call from Moscow and at night the hostess sent a voice message that she would move us tomorrow morning. The other room was more tolerable, but not the one we paid for. Like they did us a favor, Violetta said angrily, looking away. "Why are you complaining, I rent rooms for pennies and everything is wrong for you."Well, in short, it's probably impossible to describe all the nuances here, the message will be too long. I'll write more about the most basic things. There was nothing to worry about, the towels were never changed for us, they were taken when they were hanging on the dryer still wet.(moreover, the towels for both the sea and the room were the same) During the entire vacation, they never changed the bed linen, well, accordingly, there was no cleaning (although they left, at first, for tea, to the cleaners) Upon check-in, we were "given" a tiny piece of soap and that's it!!! Although there were bottles of shower gel and shampoo in the meeting room, but apparently not about our honor!!! I asked the other guests, no one had anything but soap. Therefore, if you do not want to "RUIN" your vacation, choose another hotel.

We had a rest in December 2024. We were very satisfied. Room cleaning took place every day, this is not the first time we have been to Teyland, not all hotels have this.
The owner of the hotel, Violetta, is a very helpful and pleasant person.
If someone decides to go to Pattaya not on a tour operator's ticket, but on their own, I definitely recommend it.

Hotel, guest house, rooms. From 700 baht per day. The owners are Russian-speaking. You can book via WhatsApp and pay with a Russian card. They will arrange a meeting. To stay for a couple of days or for not capricious tourists is the best thing. The lane is quiet, not far from the beach. The Russian market is 10 minutes away. There is a canteen nearby for 50 baht rice chicken broth.

Excellent budget hotel. Very good location. 100 meters to the sea, Pratamnak beach. Nearby there is a large 7-ELEVEN on the territory next to it there are a lot of tables with a beautiful view of the sea and a sunset view. The Russian market is 300 meters away.Separately, I would like to say about the good-natured hostess of the hotel Violetta. Even though we arrived ahead of check-in time, she provided us with a room right away.The rooms are large, clean, with all the necessary accessories. At first we were worried that we would be far from the highway where the tuks go.But Violetta advised us to download the BOLT app.With this application, we got to all the places we needed for 30-50 baht.We were left in the room on the bed for 20-30 baht and the bed was changed every day. A great hotel with an excellent location. And we had something to compare with-we were in Pattaya 10 times.I hope not for the last time, but I know for sure that if we eat, we will stay only in this hotel.Violetta thank you for our great vacation.

A very good location - in fact, it gets one star for this; everything else is at a deplorable level
In Thailand, even small street cafes have already learned how to serve, but the teaching of good manners has bypassed the hostess of this hotel.
Not a panacea, such a hotel can still be considered exclusively as an overnight stay option, but be prepared to find bugs, worms and other living creatures in your room and personal belongings (as far as I understand, rooms are not processed).
At night, domestic cats periodically fight / arrange mating games, if you have a light sleep - do not neglect earplugs (their role can be played by animals from the above sentence)
Cleaning does not shy away from rummaging through your personal belongings - you definitely can't leave anything valuable in the room! Absolutely!
In the room, the lower half of the bathroom door was destroyed. Either the previous resident was delighted to be in such a hotel, or someone from the inhabitants of the local fauna treated her.
The highlight on the cake is the shower. Be prepared, a hygienic shower at the toilet is a shower for the whole body
If possible, it is better to personally check the quality of the rooms before checking in, so that the above does not come as a surprise to you.
I do not recommend visiting!

My mom and her friend were vacationing at this hotel in October 2024. Their suitcases were opened by breaking the locks. They began to deal with the situation, the administrator did not comment on this situation in any way, did nothing to make up for the situation. To the question: do you want to at least verbally apologize? The receptionist didn't answer either.
The hotel itself is already in need of renovation. Everything is old and unpleasant. Insects are running around in the rooms, getting into things!
I highly recommend not to check into this hotel.

A budget hotel. I'm thrilled to be here. Cleaning every day, two bottles of water, good bed linen, kettle in the room, the rooms are very large. Claims are only for towels and the lack of toiletries, except soap. (but we always travel with our own, so it wasn't a problem for us).
There are many shops, cafes, etc. around.
Another pleasant thing is the proximity of the beach-5 minutes and you are by the sea. And what is important for us is a very quiet area.
Special thanks to Violeta, the Russian hostess of the hotel.
She is always attentive, gave a microwave on request, free mats for the beach.
She gave us a discount upon check-in. We will definitely come back.

We visited this hotel in October 2020, a huge plus is that it is located very close to the sea, we lived in an old building on the 3rd floor. The room has a shower and an air conditioner from the Soviet era, rare, and all the furniture is the same. In general, the hotel is for 4, you can live, near the sea, shops and the market.

A budget hotel. Everything is simple. There is regular cleaning, but the truth is not very high quality. I found old dirt under the bed. Sometimes ants appear. Friendly reception, they will always help visitors if necessary. There are not all light bulbs in the room, but there is enough light. There are air conditioners. Nearby there is a Russian night market and Jomtien beach and many small supermarkets. The location is great.

I have never seen a more terrible hotel in Thailand! Cockroaches were running around the room, (they said there might also be lizards!)the bed was not changed after the previous tenants (there were hair and stains of vital activity ((( on the sheets. Meager breakfasts of only 2 types (men did not eat enough! fried eggs or muesli with milk. Nothing else!) The room was not always cleaned, the bed was broken, the spokes were sticking out of the mattress. THERE is NO pool!!! And now decide - Do you need it??? Personally, I have filed a claim, I am waiting for a decision. And have a nice rest for you!
