I ordered a bouquet of flowers online for a loved one.
The jokes started already at the moment of the online store's operation: I filled out the necessary boxes, chose payment via erip, clicked place an order (but it did not take place, as it turned out later). "The basket is empty" - I thought that this means that they have a registration process instead of an order acceptance mark, for example. I waited for an email or a call from the operator. I didn't wait for 20 minutes, I called myself: there is no such order. Well, it's okay, these 20 minutes didn't play the weather for me, so I didn't even pay attention to such a small thing, + the most pleasant girl consultant. And it should be noted: all further interaction with people (the operator, specifying the delivery time and address, and the young man, the courier) is very good, zero questions, therefore 2 stars. but!!! The result in the form of a bouquet is something with something. I did not expect such a discrepancy and was as shocked and disappointed as possible.: instead of a beautiful bouquet of blooming bushy peony-shaped roses, I received 3/5 branches with buds... (+ instead of a rich pink color, the roses are pale pink, and instead of a bunch bouquet, long stems with buds protrude). It's a shame that the surprise didn't work out as planned - one time, and the second - it was hoped that the flowers would bloom in a few days, but now the third day has passed and they are not that they don't bloom, but wither and dry!
