I bought 6 packs of winston superslims at the Magnit store. 4 packs were without tobacco brand. Two of them had an excise tax. I contacted the JTI hotline, where they told me that they had the right to sell tobacco-free stamps on a pack.
I have only one question left!?
Why do cigarettes in packs without tobacco brands taste different, taste bitter, and have a different embossed packaging... unlike cigarettes in a pack with a tobacco brand.
I am extremely dissatisfied with the quality of tobacco in packs without a tobacco brand.
I do not recommend winston cigarettes without excise duty.
