We celebrated a birthday in this institution! The mood was ruined from the very beginning of the evening! It was so cold in the Shymkent VIP room, as if it were the North Pole room. The menu had been discussed in advance to avoid a long wait. As a result, the dishes were served with a delay of 1.5-2 hours! Some dishes were forgotten altogether, and they arrived at the end of the evening, when they no longer made sense!!! The Champion's Medallion steak is just a nightmare, raw meat in a pool of blood!!! Shame on the cook and his team!!! A waitress is generally something with something. She agreed with everything, but she kept forgetting everything!!! Alcohol prices are not just high, they are inadequate!!! There was also a percentage for the service, which was not there, from the word at all! They probably have one station with dishes for the whole establishment. Since the receptionists and waiters came to our room for dishes all evening.It was extremely annoying!!! Administrators don't know or remember anything along the way. Since at the end of the evening we had to stand for another half hour in the cold because of a car that blocked our car. The administrators pretended to be looking for the owner of the car, but to no avail. As a result, the owner of the car already came out himself, and said that he had warned the administrators about this situation! But they safely forgot everything!!! Oh, yes, and at the end of the evening, the cook and the receptionist also came to our room with their pitiful staging and apologies, in exchange for good reviews! In general, if you want to spend a lot of money and not get positive emotions, then you should go to this karaoke bar!!! One star is even a lot....

There was something else to ask them for.... Work for the result, for the quality ... customers will then write you reviews according to their feelings.
