But we must try to serve our customers with dignity, so that it would not be. Someone was rude, but do not show this rudeness to the others who came up with a good mood and treat you well. I think that before recruiting employees for this position, it is necessary to explain all the details of the company so that they can answer customer questions and not just peep at the TSD and that's it. 😏 Training and employee knowledge about the company is a big + campaign. Normally, the parcel can be immediately picked up by barcode or cuar code all parcels arrived safely only the jacket did not come instead a cardboard box came but okay, the money was returned but in general everything is fine
