We wandered through the streets and accidentally wandered here. This is a very tasty place. Pilaf is just a cannon. Samsa is a separate praise for the cook. The interior is very beautiful. Be sure to stop by for lunch and taste this delicious food.
I recommend to visit, book in advance, especially the cot. The menu is varied, a large selection of drinks, excellent baklava, excellent service, low prices. There is a place for a photo shoot in national costume at the entrance.
The restaurant looks like 5, but the food is so not delicious that I would even give two! A shurpa is not a shurpa! - and the diced broth is two pieces of hard meat and some potatoes. If you want a barbecue, it's hard and dry here. In general, there is a place for tea drinking (and they put sugar in tea by default, ask in advance without sugar!) and Luka on Instagram. I don't understand at all how it was possible to spend so much money on repairs, and save on a cook!
A beautiful new restaurant. Nice interior, plenty of free space, wide tables and high ceiling. Everything is indoors, which is a pleasant rarity for the center of Bukhara.
Decent food with a Uighur slant. Everything is delicious.
The service is slow. The waiters don't really speak either Russian or English - it's difficult to place an order.
It can be seen that the restaurant is new. The renovation is beautiful)
Very tasty samsa, dolma, kebabs, manti. We had lunch twice and ate too much from the bottom of our hearts!
The second time I had to have lunch pretty quickly (after lunch I had to go to the train station). The attentive girl accepted the order, explained that she was preparing for a long time, and what was fast (so we ate dolma and lula). The food was on the table in 20 minutes. We ate quietly and drove to the train station without haste.
What needs to be improved: there is no paper in the toilet.
The place is not bad. They ordered pilaf, brought it not hot, boiled meat, not fried. The tortilla was yesterday's, and the compote was heavily diluted. There is boiled broth in the soup, I did not really like the filling. But we can recommend fried lagman and lula kebab.
The staff was very pleased. Six of them came, the waiters quickly moved the tables to our crowd, explained the menu, and brought everything quickly. In general, everything is fine, but they would not come a second time.
a cool place, clean, modern. the restaurant is slightly off the main road of the historical center, so there are few people there and you can always find a table. We wouldn't have found it if the guide hadn't suggested it. the quality of the dishes and the service are excellent
The meat in the shurp is not cut off from the skin, the taste is, of course, but it seems to me that it is more correct. You need to make a position on the menu where 1/2 basket of bread will be served, for one it is a lot.
You need to add a little more tea to ginger tea, everything else is fine
It's a great place. Oriental cuisine, not loud Western music. Very tasty cuisine: from salads, samsa to mantas and mutton. The interior is very stylish and spacious. When we arrived, there were a lot of empty seats, which filled up pretty quickly.
I put five stars, but we must take into account that this is not a restaurant in the capital and make a discount in the evaluation. The interior and architectural solution of the hall are wonderful in my opinion. Modern, with a national accent, stylish and spacious. The menu is still small, probably they didn't have time to turn around. Delicious ground shish kebab, tomato and eggplant salads, samsa - all of good quality and delicious. The price is moderate, even for local dry wine, which for some reason costs 180-200 thousand in the central restaurants of Bukhara. Sum (at its price in the store - 50-70 ). Do not count on fast service. This is the only drawback, in my opinion. Yes, even if you ask to bring an order of several dishes at the same time, they will promise, but they may not fulfill it, but for tourists these are not very big disadvantages
We had dinner at this restaurant twice, both times we were 100% satisfied, we wanted conditionally authentic cuisine, pilaf is not served for dinner, so we tried lamb kebab, just beef and lamb kebab, lamb ribs, manti with meat and pumpkin!!!, shurpa and ...Alatsk samsa !! we were out of season and they cooked for us from under the knife. By the way, the second time we got to someone's local family holiday for 40-50 people, but this time we didn't wait at all long. So everything is very tasty, the portions are probably the largest in our entire trip to Uzbekistan, everything is fresh, just made. I looked through the glass at how samsa was cooked - there is such an option. The spacious room is decorated with love and diligence, there is no tourist claptrap. There is a lot of air and it will be pleasant to spend time in any weather. Simple and bright, authentic tastes, DELICIOUS.
They bake tortillas themselves, they are very tasty. I tried the national drink (not ayran) fermented milk. We "didn't remember" anything we ate and drank the next day. The first dinner was served by the host himself, a nice friendly person. While waiting for the dishes, he answered our questions. We recommend it.
Very pleasant service and delicious food. For the first time in my life, I liked the lamb shish kebab.

The waiters are trying their best, the interior is nice, but still there is something to work on. We arrived there at 16:30, the hall was empty. The kebab is juicy, but it is served simply on a skewer (usually there is also pita bread and at least onions from below). The salad "Man's whim" is very salty. They told the waiter about it, and the answer was just "Okay." In general, wow did not happen, I would hardly recommend it to my friends.
There are no complaints or questions about the service and staff. Very nice, well-mannered young people who helped us all. They have a solid five. Questions about the quality and freshness of products, because after dinner at this restaurant on 14.10.2023, we are still trying to cure acute poisoning, which knocked us out of life for three days. The date of writing the review is visible. I do not recommend this restaurant, because good service is everywhere in Uzbekistan, and playing roulette "will they poison you or not" is a so-so idea
We ordered olot samsa, caesar, lamb lula and eggplant in Korean. Everything was very tasty.
A little long service and ran out of cauldron kabob and mushroom salad. It's probably better to come to this place for lunch while everything is there. But there are no questions about the quality of food and portions: 5 out of 5. The atmosphere is pleasant, unobtrusive oriental music is playing, the interior is simple but tasteful.
Everything is at the highest level. Kitchen 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥I especially liked the lamb kebab (odorless). The owner is a very nice man (knows a lot about everything). The cook is in his place. Thank you for your professionalism in your business 🙏🙏🙏 My husband and I were impressed (guests from Belarus).
Delicious, large portions, friendly staff. The meat is delicious!

The mantas are tasteless, torn, the juice has all flowed out, with fat and veins, the dough is thick. Very disappointed with manta rays! I do not recommend taking mantas with beef. The dolma is too salty, I do not recommend it. The vinaigrette is too salty. The restaurant manager is unfriendly. The interior and the dishes are boring.
Of the advantages:
The chicken soup was delicious. The tea is delicious. The waiters are trying, polite and friendly.

It's a great place. Very interior, polite staff, the food is a great choice and very tasty, the prices are very reasonable.
There is beer on sale.
Disappointment:
Dry lagman with minced meat, fatty
Manti - a lot of dough, the filling is not juicy
French fries from a frozen bag
Plastic dishes on which the order is brought
The bill for dinner for three is 400,000
I do not recommend it
