According to the electrics, they left bare wires in the walls, apparently so that the owners would constantly receive electric shocks. Half of the switches were not carried out at all. There are only 2 distribution boxes in the 90m2 apartment. Their whole screed crumbled after 4 months, and all the floors had to be redone. The walls are not removed, the differences are more than 2 cm. There are no diagonals at all. The ceilings from the GCL are all curved (floating). Zhandos only promises quality and deadlines, in fact you will get neither quality nor deadlines. They will simply leave, abandoning everything after living at your facility for half a year.
