We had a rest with friends from 27.10 to 01.11. 2024. The service is excellent. Great rooms, daily cleaning, helpful staff (they will advise and help with all questions), convenient location, delicious breakfasts, transfer from the airport and back. I recommend it to everyone

We rested here for 4 days in 2024, in August. What we liked: a very cozy hotel, clean room, friendly staff, good-natured and attentive owner, good breakfasts. The owner of the hotel is a very friendly person, kind. The hotel is close to the main attractions. In the room: air conditioning, hairdryer, refrigerator, TV, in general, everything you need. It's very good for the price. We recommend it.

A decent hotel in a good location next to the promenade of University Boulevard. The rooms are well-renovated, everything is new. At breakfast, it would be nice to expand the food and drink display area. A coffee machine with good coffee would be very useful. A very active host efficiently organizes the work of the hotel, the staff tries to please the guests 👌 Overbooking is possible during the peak period of the May holidays, as everywhere else, but the whole team is working to ensure that guests are satisfied. In general, we were satisfied 😊
