Thank you so much to this wonderful recreation center) I really liked everything, clean rooms and pools, delicious cuisine, friendly staff) Who writes about goosebumps in the rooms You're eating there, a piece of food fell, they ran away, it happens, yes) I think there are goosebumps everywhere, and recreation centers are no exception) we had a rest in Emerald on January 5-6, 2025) everything is fine, I liked everything) We will definitely come back!

The zone is a sturdy middling. We already need to refresh the rooms and pools, the renovation is very tired. The staff is nice and courteous. The cuisine is delicious, but there are not all positions. It's worth coming for the sake of the pools, there are 3 of them and they are big.

Complete disappointment.
Two or three years ago, it was still bearable.
The people there work well, but the conditions are not created at all.
There is no security service.
Some vacationers know that everything is possible there, they drink and behave terribly.
They drink alcohol right in the pool.
I do not recommend this recreation area to lovers of the comfort of a good, relaxing family vacation.
The water is good and the conditions are bad.

Very poor service, pre-booked rooms were occupied, others were offered in return, but in the farthest corner they were worse than the reserved ones. Video surveillance does not record, after five minutes, sneakers were stolen in the pool. There is not enough staff, one employee performs 2-3 functions because of this, the client suffers.

The most terrible recreation area! It's dirty, the rooms don't provide any towels or slippers, the linen is old and not fresh, there is PRACTICALLY NOTHING on the menu, and what there is is lagman and the portions are scanty! Very incompetent staff . The only plus is that the food is delicious. But this very food needs to be waited for a very long time.
