Previously, the place was one of the best, delicious cuisine, friendly staff, but all this has gone somewhere
The staff seems to be the same, but they are so rude😥
The food has deteriorated completely from the word, then it will be over-salted, then it will be burned, then it will not be served at all
The waiting time... especially for delivery or pickup is something. For example, we place an order for pickup at about 18:00, make it clear that we will pick up the order at 21:50, as a result, we wait for another 30-40 minutes after arriving ... delivery is always almost 3 hours, if not more
Recently, we gave this institution another chance, ordered delivery, indicated the time by which we want to receive the order, as a result: nothing was delivered on time, one of the dishes was brought burnt, and one was not the one that was ordered at all
We decided to call and clarify why, in response, the girl told us "The menu has changed, we forgot to make changes to the application". When asked why they did not report this at the sight of the fact that the order contains a dish that is no longer cooked, she replied, they say she did not notice, did not consider it necessary, of course I said that I would not eat it, because I do not eat it and let them somehow solve the situation, she offered to make me a dish that I ordered initially ... I did not hear an apology
Yes, except for rudeness and a raised tone, I didn't hear anything there at all 🥲
The dish was brought, but it tasted terrible, kind of sour and with a lot of salt, as a result it was thrown into the trash…
It's a terrible place, I don't advise anyone and I won't contact you anymore, although I used to be one of the regular customers

Sushi is actually delicious, but there is no meat, only rice and cottage cheese, 61 rubles for a hot set is expensive, 40 rubles maximum, delivery as promised.
P.S. I did not find the promised eel, shrimp instead, maybe I'm a fool and can not distinguish, but there is only salmon, crab, shrimp.

Unfortunately, my experience at the @easybar_lida establishment was very disappointing, mainly due to the waitress Sasha's service. She was not polite, rude and obviously not interested in her work, as she was constantly on the phone. We had to wait too long before we were served, and even after that Sasha kept forgetting our orders and making mistakes. It ruined our evening.
It should also be noted that her behavior was not professional – she was not attentive and annoyed. We didn't get the attention and respect you'd expect in a place like this.
I really hope that the management will pay attention to this review and take measures to improve the quality of service. Otherwise, I no longer plan to visit @easybar_lida and will not recommend this place to my friends.

After an unsuccessful attempt to seat us at a 4-seater, where there were 6 empty plates, they placed us at a table that was also booked, but from a later time. And for those people, the bar staff had to move other tables... It seemed to us that the troubles were already over, but no! The "cherry on the cake" was the bill for 51 bel. rub. more! There were 5 bottles of water instead of 2, they "ate" additional vegetables and meat)) Everything, of course, was immediately recalculated, but the "sediment remained". Plus, the bar has a nice cozy interior, delicious dishes and their serving. You can visit, but just be very careful)

We booked a table for a birthday celebration, when we arrived, the chairs were designed for a smaller number of people, the namewoman had to drag the chair herself. The reservation was created at 9:30, at 9:45 they just started serving snacks. The hot rolls were served BEFORE our arrival. We booked the table in advance, no one said that 15 rubles per person for admission. When we ordered a hookah, the hookah man said that we only had a hookah for an hour, the coals had never been turned over in an hour.
The receipt included extra meals and drinks that we didn't even order. Forgot to pay 100 rubles in advance.
When we were standing on the street, the hookah man was smoking and a cat was walking there, this man hit him with all the aggression from his foot.
There are no complaints about food and music, the food is delicious, the music is good!

But the admin frankly scored and neglected two visitors on the summer terrace, forgot to bring the menu, did not accept the order, had to be constantly reminded about the dishes (apparently, there was no feeling that two people would make a check the same as a company of 5-6 people). But the waiter girl pulled out the whole situation, thanks to her for always trying to be in touch with us. By the way, there is a reservation in the hall, but in two hours I could not get through to the bar at any of the specified numbers. The owners of the bar, take out more staff on Saturday, they don't have time.
But in general, the bar is nice, cozy, everything is neat and stylish. I recommend you to visit, just book a table, or they will stupidly forget about you
