It's a disgusting place. the service is at a lower level. the prices are through the roof, and the quality and assortment are terrible. for example, today there was such a situation. I ordered a milkshake at a cafe, but they added RASPBERRY SYRUP, which I can't stand. I went up to the saleswoman and asked why it was not dairy, but with syrup in addition. the saleswoman said that they always don't have a pure milkshake, so literally last weekend I ordered a REGULAR milkshake and they brought me everything as it should be. I didn't figure it out, don't be vigilant from now on, I paid money for it, and eventually threw it in the trash!!

Please ask your "polite" employees in the women's clothing department to be really polite. To my question, "Why is there a box of leggings, but I can't find them myself?" I was given the most "logical" answer in the opinion of your staff, "Girl, you won't find them", "Why?", "Well, because it's necessary!". All this was accompanied by an absolutely dry expression on his face, the most boorish tone that I have only heard from the staff, and an absolute unwillingness to help the client figure out the situation.

If you want to spoil your mood, visit the local department store. I came to buy a curtain cloth, showed the seller what is needed, there is no information on the window that this is the rest of the information. The seller spent about ten minutes looking for him behind the counter, when asked to call the seller who is responsible for the fabrics, she said she would find it herself. After a futile search, the seller Anastasia explained that most likely there was a curtain on the window. We are not picky customers, we said we agreed, measure five meters. After that, Anastasia said that she would not cut it off, since she would have a meter left. Sorry, where it says that the buyer cannot measure the required amount of fabric. The service is terrible, the seller does not know the assortment. They left without shopping with a spoiled mood. There is no desire to visit a department store after such service at all. The department store probably doesn't need customers and revenue. But it would be nice for sellers to study the assortment.

The choice is not bad. You can find almost anything. I love Black Fridays. It's a funny idea about happy Monday. But... the prices, of course, are too high. Naturally, tuning costs money. For so many years, we "played" with the permutation, in the end, in my opinion, the worst option turned out. Combining women's and men's clothes, underwear is a nightmare. We used to go there often, but now it's very difficult to find anything. I hardly ever visit this department. Mostly children's, shoes, stationery. The idea of transferring the "fabric" and combining it with the dishes is a horror. Earlier departments:everything is in its own way - simple and understandable. ATO until you find where that is, there is no desire to search and buy. Combining departments is not the best idea, in my opinion.
Yet again. It's good that at least a lift was made for wheelchair users, but parents with children on transport: a stroller, a bicycle, even a scooter have nowhere to put it (not to mention to get to the second floor). There is no toilet for visiting, they are sent to a paid one. But why? A huge store, like it should be provided. In my presence, a pregnant woman was interested in winter, she was pointed to a toll booth near Vesta. This is not good.
