If you like a sincere, warm atmosphere and real Georgian cuisine, which is rightfully considered one of the most diverse and delicious... That's not where you're going.
Let's start with the interior. Boring, unremarkable design. A vulgar, empty, non-working fountain in the center of the hall, some kind of inscription on the wall using elements of the Georgian alphabet, carved from separate blocks on the shelves, as well as a papakha and a burka. That's basically all that should immerse you in the atmosphere of Georgian hospitality.
We decided to celebrate Christmas with friends, and I was the initiator of visiting this institution, for which I am now really ashamed.
However, I didn't know what kind of place it was or what we were going to eat. Why did we go there? I wanted to introduce my friends to such a dish as khinkali.
To my taste, khinkali is the crown of the Georgian table. Everything else is either snacks or everyday dishes, such as kharcho. However, this is my personal and subjective opinion.
So, at least three of the guests have never eaten khinkali, and I was pleased to discover this dish for them.
Once again, I know a lot about them, and I ate them in Tbilisi, Baku, St. Petersburg, Moscow and even in Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky.
So what? What they brought us will now always become a stereotype for them - a large overcooked dumpling, which is called "a bag with..." on the menu In short, they were really bags of ..., grayish-colored dough, nostrils, boiled. In places, the "bags" were leaking, but nothing came out of them))) They were as dry as ... pouches.
Indeed, what you expect when biting into a hinkal does not happen. There is no fragrant hot broth that flows from the hinkal into your mouth. There were some dry minced meat tortillas. Not crumbly meat filling with chopped coriander (although not always but..) but just a lump of minced meat, which may indicate that what was served to us was after freezing or ... After trying it, the guests were disappointed and asked for some vinegar or something else so that these dumplings could be consumed.
Sauces are just a fiasco. There was no place for you to be, green or red, narsharab either. And what they brought us was supposed to represent adjika. hmm. They were boring tomato paste dumplings with something added. Just stupidly bought from a nearby grocery store. There was also something white based on mayonnaise.
A plate of greens, or as pathetically indicated in the menu of the plateau of uh tosca. Lethargic three leaves of parsley, paprika, a little coriander... In short, this sadness did not even cover the bottom of the plate.
The only thing that was delicious was khachapuri in Megrelian.
For some reason, the waiters could not be reached, all their attention was focused on the visitor who was languidly chewing something at a table opposite the bar, probably the hostess or a person of no less priority. Hello!!!! 21st century! There is such a device as a waiter call button, it is not expensive and does not force the guest to tap the decanter with a fork to call the waitress.
By the way, the waitress coquettishly asked how we liked the dishes. After we did not show enthusiasm for bags, dumplings, dough secrets, anything but hinkals, her gaze went out like T2000's and she lost all interest in us.
We ate for exactly 400 Belarusian rubles. And that's it. My family and I are definitely not going there, our friends are most likely the same. "Dumplings, we'll eat at home,"
I put one star, because I think 4.3 is too high.
I would not recommend it to anyone.

We came to this restaurant with my husband quite spontaneously on a day off (we originally planned to go to another one), but sometimes spontaneity can be pleasant. To begin with, I would like to note the work of the staff, everyone is very friendly, pleasant to communicate with, they all suggested and told me, the impressions are very positive. Then I would like to mention the cuisine: khinkali is unconditionally delicious, khachapuri is also respectable, a delicious dessert, the beef was delicious, but harsh. In general, I liked the food. The bar menu also has a place to roam, a lot of cocktails, beautifully decorated and really bring a cocktail, not a bucket of ice and a little water. The interior is modest, quiet music plays softly inside, you can chat quietly. I wish your restaurant prosperity, we have only pleasant impressions.
I really liked the restaurant, I really like their national cuisine.
