A standard quality hotel near the airport. An ordinary chain hotel. Without the local flavor and any frills.
I rested, refreshed myself with a continental breakfast and went forward to new heights.
The TV remote control was not working in the room. I think the staff would have fixed everything the next day, but we arrived in the evening for one night and did not raise this issue. In the morning, they told the administration. Incl. if everything is OK in your room with the remote control, then the administration responds to the requests of the guests)

Great! Clean, cozy, fresh. The room has everything you need. The breakfast buffet is very tasty, homemade. Cheeses, sausages, fruits, tea, coffee, pastries. The Internet. There are sofas in the lobby, a good cafe. The staff was helpful, helped to connect the Internet, opened the room. The elevators are free and spacious. Clear. However, there is a construction site nearby. It's not noisy. There is a convenience store nearby. Kettle, tea, coffee, sugar. Towels,hair dryer, gel, shampoo. Bottled water, refrigerator. The mattresses are good and comfortable. Anyway, it was convenient for us. Parking is nearby, small. I liked everything. Well done! Prosperity!

I am very satisfied with the price/quality ratio.
Not far from the center, as well as from the airport. The metro is a few meters away. There is everything you need around, shops and pharmacies. It is very comfortable and convenient. The center is 4-5 stops away by metro, 12 minutes by car or bus. The breakfast is also quite good. I recommend it!

We stayed here, so close to the airport. At first the room seemed clean, but then I found two long black hairs on the bed. The double bed is actually 2 molded single beds.
But the live music during breakfast won me over. The girl is just a professional in her field. The mood immediately becomes great!!!

We arrived at 9 a.m. While the room was being prepared, the guys from the reception brought excellent coffee. We were already in the room at 9:30. Triple room with a full-length window. View of the park. The staff is friendly. They speak Russian. The food is excellent, buffet style.
Cons: residential area, 7 min walk to the metro. The neighbors upstairs were making noise. Our compatriots. I called the reception. The guys calmed them down.
Great hotel, I recommend it to everyone.

the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The hostel in Ferghana is better in terms of living conditions than this. There is a smell of dampness in the room like sewage, condensate drips from air conditioners in any room, the air conditioners themselves do not turn off even with the help of technical staff, safes do not work, bathrooms are dirty, goosebumps run around the table. Of the advantages, only the breakfasts, they are not bad. One star for breakfast, without them I would put zero. Plus, the TV was not working in 1 of the 2 rooms. And at least one lamp is not lit in each room.

The rooms are damp, it is far from the center, cats are eating from tables on the street, the TV does not work, the view of the construction site, but most of all I was disappointed that I left an expensive blouse in the closet, after an hour I remembered, but the receptionist said that there was nothing in the closet ... in the future I will not choose this hotel anymore, but, if you decide to choose it, do not forget anything in the rooms

I didn't like the hotel. It is located on the outskirts of the city. The rooms have not been renovated for a long time. Our room had a crack on the sink and the laminate floor was bulging. Cleaning is also not carried out efficiently - there are traces of mold in the bathroom. I would not recommend visiting.

One of the tangible disadvantages is a very inconvenient approach to the hotel. The entire space in front of the entrance is filled with cars, and the condition of the road is such that it is impossible to cross during the rain. There is a turn in front of the hotel, cars fly and fill you with dirty water to the top of your head. The location is peculiar - near the Ministry of Internal Affairs, so it's quiet, close to restaurants and cafes, a store, a market (which you'll break your legs before you reach it), there is also a metro station. In general, the hotel itself is worthy of attention, but the surrounding space asks for road repairs, the creation of sidewalks and other things.

The design is 4 stars, the service is 3 stars. I was here in February 2020, on a business trip. It is impossible to agree on anything with the waiters: bring lunch on a plate - they brought it in a lunchbox, bring the side dish and the second course together - they don't eat like that (!), they brought the second first, then the side dish. They refused to cancel the position in the receipt. In the hotel itself, there is periodically no cold or hot water in the morning and evening. Either only boiling water, or only cold water. "Drain, wait." Instead of washing in 15 minutes, you have to spend 40 or more. . The dumpster is right in front of the hotel, no one is floating. Once it burned, people were poisoned by carbon monoxide, fortunately it was quickly extinguished. Breakfast is always the same, no menu change at all. There are no bathrobes and slippers in the room by default, you have to call the reception. On the plus side: the hotel has good staff who are ready to help. For example, one (I'm sorry I didn't remember the name) helped out a lot at breakfast, when everything was literally devoured by crowds of Indians (for some reason they love this hotel), brought food on request. After 11, you can sit in the bar with your wine, at a table, no one drives you away. Basically, everything is there for life. In general, I do not recommend this hotel to visit for a long time. It will do for a short time.

Extremely inconvenient geolocation. It is very far from the center of Tbilisi. Take a taxi for at least 30 minutes, not counting traffic jams. But it's 10 minutes to the airport, if that's important to anyone.
The temperature in the rooms is completely unregulated, from +15 to +38 ((( on different floors. There are 2 elevators, but one always does not work. The rooms themselves are ordinary, without + but also without -. Standard for chain hotels.
Definitely, I wouldn't stay there anymore.
