An interesting place. A good rating, which means the food/service should be good.
But the hodgepodge was, to put it mildly, not very good. It looks more like okroshka. We cut all the products into small cubes and piled them in a pile. The shurpa was approx. The children did not like borscht at all.
And I also couldn't close the toilet (and not only me). You're sitting, doing your business, and then bam, the door opens.
Well, the staff is not very responsive.

We had lunch today and were extremely disappointed. We have repeatedly stayed at this institution.
The waitress does not know the composition of the dishes.
We ordered a lagman for the child, we were not warned that it was very sharp.
The eldest daughter was sick of the homemade cutlet, she had to take a pill.
Okroshka is just a sour mess, pork chop is dry (served without sauce).
The only edible dish turned out to be kuyrbak. Overrated.... it's a pity. We won't take any more chances with the children. I do not recommend it.

As I understand from so many positive reviews, this is a very popular, if not the most popular cafe in the city and with so many restaurants, why don't you make a decent repair? We drove by, we wanted to eat, but there were no places, a lot of people, so many that children were lying on the floor.

A great place is conveniently located as a place for lunch and a break when traveling from Almaty to Astana or vice versa.
The price-quality ratio is 5+, there were a lot of people, but everything was delicious quickly.

The cafe is just great. Delicious and at an affordable price. The service is fast. Good portions. We stopped by for lunch. All the tables were occupied. We were taken to a separate room where there was a large table. The next day we stopped by for dinner. And even in the evening they have a full landing. Overall, we were delighted. Well-fed and satisfied.
