I found it like many through YouTube, I especially liked the video where the owner talks about how much reputation is worth in this business, that everything is based on trust, etc. In fact, what we have: I obediently paid insurance both times, the second time the parcels came, the goods are not enough for 800 rubles)) I'm writing, what's on the insurance? The manager writes to throw off photos of parcels, I throw them off. You see, the tape is not ours, so it was opened somewhere, maybe there, maybe here. We said we did our job well, it's not bad. The main thing is in our worker's chat, all types are present, and their boss. Only he stupidly ignores all messages and appeals to him. That's the reputation... Fortunately, the lesson with cargo "insurance" cost me a low price, I was lucky. Well, the second time, 2-3 weeks stupidly "waited for the arrival" of money, such as holidays in China, aha banks do not work at all for weeks (end of September).

I worked with them according to the cargo scheme - normal prices, work issues are resolved quickly. We lost the cargo once - we compensated for everything (about 9000 USD) Thanks to Alexey and Corn. Then I grew up and began to need a white delivery, I applied for a settlement using my old contacts. I waited 2 weeks for the calculation (a lot of workload, a lot of clients - it's even good). But then they rolled out the amounts for 40+ cubes: 12400 USD (!!!) for delivery in China + 5000 usd delivery across the Russian Federation to Moscow + 5000 usd a modest commission for services. This is customised under your contract. For comparison, competitors simply offer logistics plant - Moscow under my contract for 7300-8700 USD. The container was offered for 12400 against 11 000- 11 500 from competitors.

It's a sad experience, they pay for the order for a week, they constantly forget, they treat the order irresponsibly! I ordered samples from several sellers, ordered the wrong colors and quantity, one sample was not ordered at all!They do not inform about all changes in the lack of colors of the desired product and other things! Don't waste time with them!
