I have been buying here for many years (apple products and PC accessories). Polite staff (there are Russian speakers), there have never been any problems with issuing an invoice. The Russian VKontakte community is still active.Thanks to him, I learned about the new restrictions (2022) on the export of equipment from the EU, otherwise I would have "got" at the border.

The store has a wide range, but most prices are not happy: it is cheaper in Russia. Now, after the closure of the borders, the store has simply become inaccessible to us. For a very long time, I'm afraid. This is, of course, a drama (not the lack of electronics from Finland, of course, but the cessation of travel altogether).

Yesterday we bought watches at this store in Lappeenranta. Some were chosen, and as a result, after opening, completely different ones turned out to be in the box. The store staff got it mixed up!!! It happens!!! But!! When I asked to fix the situation, the circus started! The dispute got to the point where an employee from the store called me and was rude! When offered to look at the cameras, which watch we chose, he said that we were obliged to pay for it, and saying go to court, hung up! Before that, they always bought here, now we write claims and listen to rudeness! So just think before you buy here! I think that an official claim will definitely not be superfluous, after all, an official dealer!!! I'll leave information about this store there where I can.
