I ordered a power supply unit marked pq, pf was brought, which is 2 times cheaper. At the same time, the pq block was indicated in the receipt, and the price tag was appropriate. It's good that I noticed, otherwise we would have sold the budget block at a non-budget price. I asked what we would do, they said that they would bring it tomorrow at the same time (22:00), although delivery works from 11:00 to 23:00. Well, really, if you made a mistake, is it so difficult to prioritize my order?! I hope I'll wait for my bp today...
I would like to add that such mistakes are unacceptable when people pay a lot of money for components. If you simply cannot bring the goods normally after checking the markings, your couriers or warehouse workers (I do not know who worked with the goods) are not competent.

They work according to the scheme of giving money - you are not needed further. The advice is this: if these guys see an opportunity to slip an illiquid, they will do it. Check everything, but rather think about whether it is worth taking from them.

After another purchase in this store, my opinion about the store has changed and unfortunately not for the better. A couple of months ago, a Ginzzu GC-409B charging cable was purchased in this store. I bought it because of the brand, and the low price. Because I previously bought overhead Bluetooth headphones from this manufacturer and they turned out to be just gorgeous for my money. But in the case of the cable, I was completely disappointed. After a week of use, when pulling the connector out of the phone, the connector itself remained in the phone, and the wire in the hand. The seller changed it to another one, but the same story happened with the next copy. Although it had a 12-month warranty, the seller refused to refund the money, arguing that it was mechanical damage and I broke it myself))) To my question that mechanical damage could occur as a result of a faulty assembly, I was told that this was impossible ..)) The man from the warranty department just surprised me. It's not even that it costs 5 rubles, but in relation to customers. It is always easier to make a fool of the customer than to solve an obvious design flaw in this model and inform the manufacturer about it. I do not recommend contacting this store if they make a fool of you for a low-quality small and inexpensive purchase, because in the case of a purchase, the same thing will be more expensive, and there is no time to go to examinations and courts now.
