I visited the salon for the procedure - permanent internals. A very cozy salon, pleasant and caring girls at the reception. Julia, a careful and sensitive master, performed the procedure quickly, efficiently, and completely painlessly. It is clear that every guest is treated with trepidation in the salon. I will be happy to return to the salon again.

Stylist Andrey did my hair, I needed to do it quickly, no more than an hour in time, I did everything quickly, professionally, and most importantly, it was a masterpiece!I was very pleased, the hairstyle lasted all day in its original form. Thank you, I recommend it!

I visited the salon for the first time, in consultation with the master, we talked about the main points: the basis is natural hair with a small amount of gray hair! We agreed to make the effect of burnt strands in any order ... as a result, the gray hair is not blocked, a very small militia of a very yellow color is made (after the first washing of the head, a terrible color appeared) ... I turned to the salon - with the fact that the result in daylight is not the one we agreed on! I paid 440 rubles for a miracle service and redid it elsewhere for 290 rubles with excellent results and quality of service - a really difficult coloring and correction of Iteira's nightmare!!!! I do not advise anyone to do any hairdressing services on Nemiga 5 in Iteira; if they did not cope with natural hair, what else to expect! There is no one to redo it (I was on an expert assessment the next day); the money was not returned! Advertising and years of work, it turns out to be a complete fiction! Be vigilant! There is no information on the website about the masters of the salon - is this also causing?

The quality and working time of the evening hairstyle does not meet the declared level of the salon and the degree of specialty, topness of the hairdresser. You cannot call a specialist a master.
Quality of work:
The hairstyle coming out of the salon, the check at 18.01 was done carelessly, the work is "dirty", the structure of the curls is missing. The time of the event is 19.00. The way home from the salon by car. Curls have not been preserved, fluff, lack of declared shine.
The hairstyle time is 5 hours and 30 minutes.
The complexity of the hairstyle is easy: curls, basal hair, pin the front strands behind the ear.
Hairdresser Tatiana. The man himself complained about how she went to her graduation with a spoiled mood for her graduation due to poor quality work in a barbershop. Is it contagious…
The evening is ruined!

The salon refuses to return the funds. Offers a service, a jar of shampoo.

A find! At the same time, services in 4-6-8 hands. And in unrealistically comfortable conditions. I got a manicure with a coating, a pedicure with a coating, eyelashes increased and eyebrows corrected - and all in 2 hours. And I was super comfortable, I slept for almost all 2 hours. I love Iteira.

This is not the first time I have visited the salon. On the eve of her doctor, she decided to get a smart pedicure. This is not the first time I have done this procedure either. But today, January 20, 2021, I was EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED WITH the SERVICE!! The master who gave me a pedicure increased the cost almost twice, and I found out about it only at the reception desk after the pedicure. NO ONE WARNED ME IN ADVANCE DURING THE PROCEDURE that it might turn out to be more expensive. The administrators spoke to me disrespectfully and DISDAINFULLY, no one apologized until I indicated it. The director did not come out to settle the conflict. I did not receive any discounts or other "apologies". I DECLARE TO YOU that the service SUCKS!!! Considering all the costs of the procedures and the level of the salon, this is UNACCEPTABLE.
