We specified when it would be ready, because we are leaving and we must understand whether we will be in time, otherwise they would have taken us without repair or taken us to another place to fix it, they told us that Thursday-Friday would be ready. The departure date was postponed on purpose in order to have time to pick up the laptop. They called on Wednesday to clarify whether it would be accurate. They said they would bring the part on Thursday evening and it would be ready by Friday. We call on Friday: "The part is already in Brest, but not yet with us." We are waiting for a few more hours. We arrived at the place, they announced to us: "you can pay us 30 rubles for a taxi, then we will do it, if not, the detail may be on Monday at all." What is this all about? They fed me with promises, and then they also said that they didn't say anything about deadlines. They cheated, did nothing, and had to take the laptop without fixing it. We also had to postpone our departure specifically for this, but in the end we didn't get anything. The attitude towards the client is simply disgusting, I do not advise anyone to come here.
I don't recommend it. I gave the phone back, they said the space price for repairs. After I found out in another workshop that the guys wanted to give him there + 250 rubles for his feet.
It is not clear yet whether the display was repaired, and after a month and a half the stripes began.
Now they are offering to replace it, but for 50% of the cost.
I hope they will agree to make repairs under warranty.

I handed over the tablet for diagnosis, since it did not turn on and did not charge at all, the master calls back an hour later and says that the reason is in the charging socket and it needs to be replaced, when asked if there are any other defects, he says that everything else is working properly and after 10 minutes I can pick it up with a replaced charging socket.. NATURALLY, I AGREE TO REPAIR, BUT AFTER I TOOK THE TABLET AND CAME HOME, LITERALLY HALF AN HOUR LATER IT TURNED OFF AGAIN AT HALF THE BATTERY CHARGE AND DID NOT TURN ON ANYMORE. naturally, I came back to this workshop, to which the master tells me that the charging socket is working properly, but now the reason is different)) After some arguments, he takes the tablet "under warranty for free (allegedly did a favor)." I took the tablet back after a few days, it worked again for a while and did not turn on anymore and did not react to anything. The master told fairy tales on the phone, saying that the tablet is old and overheats and is not intended for games at all (although I do not play them). But the question is why he took money for repairing the nest of 30 rubles, if the main reason for the shutdown is overheating. After a while, I handed over the tablet for diagnostics (free of charge) to another workshop, the verdict was - the main board is faulty! After talking to the master in the new service, it turned out that the reason was not initially in the charging socket and perhaps it was even working. That's it - throw the tablet away anyway, money for repairs is wasted, nerves are spent! (For the admin: there are receipts and certificates for the performance of work in two workshops, I am ready to provide in confirmation of my review), p.s. The master is tall with long dark hair, I can't say anything about other employees, maybe I was just so unlucky with him.
