Thanks to the staff of the Istok-Zapad boarding house for their highly professional care, attention and care for our aunt. She is a group 1 disabled person in need of constant help and support. The boarding house has become a home for her, which is really warm and cozy. Although we are very far from her, we always know that the staff is doing everything necessary to maintain her strength and health. Many thanks to the head of Istoka, Marudin V.V., our wonderful administrator Tatiana Viktorovna, care assistants Svetlana and Anna, and all the staff for your golden hands and kind hearts. Recently, my mom (78 years old) She became seriously ill - her legs were numb. She is a group 2 disabled person. After the treatment in the surgical department of the hospital, I planned my mother's rehabilitation. And a good friend advised me to turn to Istok-Zapad. I contacted Natalia, the pension's employee, and she invited me to meet her. From the very beginning, I realized that I had come to a wonderful place - everything from the location and the building itself, to the friendly staff and well-groomed guests, suggests that Istok-Zapad is what you need in such a situation. I also talked with administrators Ekaterina and Tatiana and with the head, Vladimir Vladimirovich. It feels like they are all professionals in their field and take care of their patients. Fortunately, my mother is recovering quickly on her own and there is no need for rehabilitation at the moment. I don't know what's inside, but it's a sad place outside. There's only one access road to this house, and that's it. No park, walking paths, benches, flower beds. There is a huge sand hill on the territory. There is a river nearby, but there is no descent to the water, not even a path. The surrounding forest is not gentrified. Some kind of game. They probably don't even go out, there's nowhere to go.
