In general, the location of the hotel is excellent, everything is nearby, the staff is attentive, everyone is nice and friendly, ready to help, the rooms are clean, there are no problems here either, breakfast will also go, but if you need a hotel in which only exclusively to spend the night, then you can both price normally and cleanliness, beautiful view from the terrace! There was no window in our room, or rather it was, but there was a wall behind it, it was eternal darkness in the room, the audibility was also excellent, the rearrangement of furniture, the conversations of neighbors and employees could hear everything! It's sad in this regard, but everything was fine.

we stopped by on 02/04/2024 from the first minute, the staff evokes pleasant emotions, and the view from the window is just a delight! The interior is very nice and clean. The breakfast is very tasty and varied.I recommend. We stayed on the 7th floor, room 702 overlooking the Bosphorus. We will definitely come back again! Thanks to the staff.

We liked the hotel, had a family vacation, took 2 superior rooms on the 5th and 6th floor. You can see the sea from the windows. The room is clean, everything you need is there. Conveniently located, near the metro, tram, seaport. Breakfast was served, we hoped. During the day, they were asked to prepare tea and coffee. We recommend the hotel.

The hotel is old and in need of repair, all cracked and mildewed, the beds are sagging, the furniture is battered, all chipped and scratched. The hotel has the usual Turkish wiring when they move into the most lousy room, and then for a fee they move into a slightly better one. All rooms stink of cigarettes.

A great location. The subway is around the corner. It takes 45 minutes to get from the airport. The breakfast is varied. The staff is very polite, they will lend you an umbrella.

The hotel is within walking distance from the Marmaray Sirkeci Metro Station. There is a terrace with stunning views of the Golden Horn and the Bosphorus. The rooms are cozy, comfortable, require minor repairs, there is an elevator. The breakfast is simple, the choice of dishes is quick. There is a mosque next to the hotel, it is nice to hear the azan.

The hotel is good. Next to Eminenyu Square, and all the sights. From the square you can take a boat to the Princes' Islands, take a tour of the Bosphorus, and just swim across to Kadikoy, Uzkudar. That is, to those areas where the Chamlija Mosque and the Maiden Tower are located. In general, the location is excellent. And the staff 👏🏼

On the second night of staying at this hotel, BED BUGS were found in the beds.At one o'clock in the morning, we were moved to another room, but there were also BEDBUGS in the beds and on the curtains.But this time they spread their hands, said they couldn't do anything, because there was no manager. They advised me to sleep with the light on! In the morning, the manager came and offered us to stay in another (third room), which we refused, because if there are bedbugs in two rooms, it is possible that they are also present in the rest, to which the answer was given that no, we only have bedbugs in these two rooms. It turns out that the staff knows about this problem and does not solve it in any way, worse, they populate people there! it turns out that they have had this problem since September 2022, but the management does not care about the guests. There was no longer any desire or strength to stay in such a terrible place.We decided to move, but no one returned the money for the unused nights. Booking.com The ones we used to book the hotel didn't help either. I do not recommend either the hotel or booking.com .

We only had breakfast in this hotel, because our cafe was renovated. The lobby is sooo beautifully decorated! I didn't see the number, but I asked the residents, they liked everything. The proximity of the railway station does not interfere in any way, there is no noise.

We rested for 4 days in November 2018. The best location, friendly staff, cleanliness in the rooms, quite decent breakfasts. The metro, the embankment, the bridge and the main attractions are at hand. There is a terrace with a magnificent view on the roof. Shops and a spice market are a five-minute walk away. I will recommend this hotel to my friends!
