The Toykhana is not very spacious, it's small near the road, I don't know the service, I saw it from the outside, and I didn't like it inside either

The room is beautiful, but dirty. The dishes are sticky, the salads are tasteless, it's cold in the small hall and in the lobby, the administration is not good. I do not recommend...!even the lights can't be turned on 1 hour earlier)))
