And yes, they were interested in the password on the phone, I refused to tell them. And so the staff are polite.
Well, what can I say. The macbook was buggy on the touchbar (artifacts, reboots). They spun the day, they said it was necessary to repair the board ~ 800 rubles. I refused. I took it away after paying for the diagnosis. I look at home, TouchID and the power button are no longer working.

This is not a service, but rudeness: from the beginning of the conversation to the end! The master broke the case, accused me of making such a case, and then threw money at me for it!
