A good pharmacy, a wide range of any medicines to choose from, a spacious room, which is why you do not have to jostle in line, however, the service - unfortunately - leaves much to be desired. And if one of the pharmacists of mature age can still hope for some advice or recommendation, then the young employees will not only not prompt, but also begin to argue, calling for unnecessary confrontation, in the style of "Who told you that?""What makes you think that at all?" And the question of what active substance is in a particular medicine (a common question for a pharmacist) will at best be answered: "It says on the box" or "Read the instructions, young man." The Council of Ministers, in a word, with a touch of incomprehensible aplomb.
