There is a parking lot and various plantings on the territory.there is a barbecue area and a lobby bar, a dance floor. Music every day . It's a little loud at times. He plays until 24.00.
Cleaning is not very good. They came in the middle and wiped them under the beds and sofas, they forget. We lived in the house from 07/02/14 to 07/12.24. Gels and shampoos are put down once, then we have to go buy our own. The refrigerator was frozen, we had to defrost it ourselves, but it still doesn't cool well. They give you a beach towel.
I was disappointed that on the day of arrival we arrived at 5 a.m. for 2000 km , the reception desk is open around the clock, the guard informed us of our arrival, but the young lady has not slept enough yet and did not deign to appear. The current came out at 7 a.m. And with grief, popalam settled us. An unpleasant moment. When booking, they respond for a very long time and try to hand over rooms with meals. Meals take place 3 times a day, but only an hour is allowed for meals. It is very inconvenient, not to sleep in the morning from the beach in time to run, you need to eat. And the people are all crowding . We could at least increase the reception time to 2 hours.the food is not cheap. If our house cost 10t.r a day, then with food 17t.r a day. We could have done something that could have been bought with cash. There are many options.

A great beach, in the middle of August the workload was minimal. The place is the sea, the sea is even bigger :). Pebbles from large to small, it is more pleasant to swim using swimming slippers. The entrance to the sea is 5m and above the crown, the water is clear, amber. The sun goes from morning to evening from left to right from the pine trees to the pines. Clean, which is important. We were satisfied with the rest.

In general, the hotel is nothing, but the mattresses on the bed and especially on the pull-out sofa and extra were very surprised. The place, it's just achtung, the blankets were good, I had to put them on top of the mattresses. In 10 days, we have never cleaned the room or changed the bed, I think this is abnormal. For the last 3 days, water has been flowing from the air conditioner, all they did was put a trash can from the toilet under it)) but for the rest ... the food is normal, simple, but quite tasty, the territory is well maintained

My parents were vacationing at the hotel. For Abkhazia, this place is probably the top! 3 meals a day, large territory, animation for children. The food is delicious - canteen, but homemade!
There is an on-site bar with a barbecue and interesting dishes.
The hotel has its own beach, and umbrellas (straw) are free for the residents of the hotel. You have to pay for sun beds. The beach is pebbly, in order to enter the water it is better to use rubber slippers (sold everywhere in Pitsunda)
Not far from the center, but not in a noisy quarter. Located across the street from the sea (2 minutes)
There are air conditioners.

The beach is not crowded and this is a big plus. The sea is calm enough and warm. In the afternoon, when the water near the shore warms up well, small jellyfish swim in. They are harmless, but not very pleasant when you touch them. There are large pebbles at the entrance to the shallow water, so it is worth wearing sneakers for those who are not used to pebbles. He can rent a SUP.

The beach is not bad, equipped with umbrellas, sun beds 150p a day (although at first they were 100p each, then for some reason they added 50p). It is confusing that there are many boats and even ships from which a lot of garbage periodically washes up and there were also a lot of jellyfish. As it is, everything is fine.
