The phone was given away for repair, the girl on the phone, when she took the application, did not inform that it was necessary to leave an advance payment. Oh well. A man took the phone, explained everything, that there would be a diagnosis, and they would tell you what was wrong with the phone. They called 4 days later and said that a replacement part was needed. Have you clarified whether they should order it or not?! We agreed accordingly, and the cost was announced to us. They said the repair would take a week. After two weeks, as they say, there was no reply or greeting. The girl called, picked up the phone, said that they could not find this part, the supplier either could not get something or something did not fit there. And that they will give it to us without repair. To the question - why didn't you call earlier, would we have taken the phone and given it to another place?! - she answers me, they say, where are you going to rent?! It can't be repaired anywhere!! What's your business?!Yeah, and how are we going to turn him in?!!!! What a bestial attitude???
A man, I don't know, he's probably both the master and the master in one person, it will be more pleasant!!
