The service is at zero. I got here using the map and the signs on the highway, and eventually arrived at an unknown place - no signs, no work schedule, nothing at all. It is unclear where to go next, intuitively I went to other buildings (which turned out to be stables), it turned out that there is another country road there. I went up to the stables, asked the first person who got there, they pointed out that we should go to the last building, there are their own staff (all young) who do not need anything and do not want to do anything. I asked how I could get to the horses, in response I received that they did not know whether it was possible now or not, probably not, we should arrive after 16.00! (the time was 12.00), or go to the building next to where equestrian sports, went there and I also do not know whether they work or not... He turned around and left. There is no service at all, I did not come for free. This attitude towards customers is a complete horror, the worst I have ever seen. And then many people wonder why tourism is not developing here. There are no banal pointers and work schedules to get your bearings.
