07.04.2024 there was a massive compromise of visa cards of this bank, as a result of which the attackers stole a huge amount of money from dollar cards. They do not have any protection from mass write-offs that the Savings Bank had, so the money is lost. What did the bank do? I just deleted the card from the cabinet without a trace, as if it had never existed. Technical support responds once a day with standard unsubscriptions. I do not recommend this bank to anyone.

I dealt with this branch when I accidentally blocked the card, I applied to reset the pin code on the UzCard, they said where I opened it there only and they will be able to help. And since the bank is not bad, the queue goes fast, both to the cash desk for currency and customer service, there are sofas for waiting in line. There are also ATMs on the street that work 24/7. But still the sediment remained and therefore I put 4 stars.
