I went to the bank at 17:45, could not exchange dollars for soums and wanted to put money on the card. The staff said that they had already closed the cash register and were waiting for the end of working hours. The bank has one small ATM, and it does not accept cash, only card payments. Is it possible to put an ATM on the street with full functionality?
