The best hotel in my opinion in this place.
Advantages: polite staff, green and well-groomed territory, large beautiful room, private beach with sun loungers, umbrellas and tents. A very clean dining room with food, like in kindergarten - delicious and healthy, watermelons and melons are sure in the evening!
Cons: some requests at the reception need to wait for three days and go to remind, room cleaning is so-so, sand and ants underfoot. The food in the restaurant is disgusting, chase the cook in the neck. Steak, lagman, crispy eggplant- just awful, poisoned a couple of times, the prices are expensive. You can only eat what khachapuri and pizza are baked (pepperoni is only the name-ordinary sausage).
Despite the disadvantages, we will definitely come again, since Alakol is beautiful, the heat is dry, it is well tolerated, the water is warm. People in moderation, no crush, like on the Black Sea. The local Arbat is a picturesque place, it's nice to walk in the evening, I liked the fried ice cream.
I wish the owners prosperity and development, it is clear that a lot of funds have been invested!A competent manager and solve the problem with the kitchen in the restaurant, make the beach bar more cheerful and quite a competition with Turkey.

A great place with its own beach, which is really important for Alakol (how other tourists get to the lake in the heat for a kilometer - no comments!). A good dining room - even from the point of view of capricious Almaty residents. The only disadvantage for people with young children is discos until 23-00, and so everything, including the staff, is at a fairly high level.

We had a rest in the summer of 2023. High prices for this level of service. But compared to other hotels in this area, Inju is the best in terms of location (located on the shore of the lake, its own beach is directly accessible), development of the territory and civility. In the hands of a competent manager, everything will be great.

We did not regret choosing a place to stay at the Inju base. We were provided with comfort and a quiet place to relax. The rooms are gorgeous, they are cleaned every day. The choice of dishes in the dining room is very convenient when you are relaxing with children. Children love the pool. We didn't find any disadvantages, everything is very cool. The restaurant on the territory of the base is only a plus.

Judging by the photos, it is very good. But it actually turned out to be worse. In the rooms on the ground floor, the toilet room drips from the ceiling from the sewer. The water on the beach is muddy and you will have to hire a boat to get to the island where the water is clear. If you pay for meals, there is delicious homemade food in the dining room. But the prices in their restaurant are very expensive, even too expensive

Хорошая зона отдыха. На берегу озера, с красивым видом из бассейна. Очень вкусная пища в кафе. Но к сожалению не опрятные номера. Ужасный глянцевый белый кафель в номере н а полу, с которого тех персонал не может собрать песок принесенный с берега. Можно просто постелить резиновый коврик на входе в номер и ситуация изменится сильно. Нет решёток на окнах. В санузлах течёт ВСЁ.

2023, вторая декада июля. Вода класс. Пляж свой, песок с галькой. Есть два бассейна один 170 см, другой поменьше около 130 см. Номера с кондиционером, не на всех окнах есть сетки. Обслуживающего персонала похоже не хватает, комнаты убирают раз в 3 три дня, и то после того как напомнить. Столовая: кормят неплохо, но как же медленно работает - больше полу часа в обед и на ужин в очереди (к этому добавьте неубранные столы и нехватку подносов). Так так, если опоздал, то остаётся курица. По вечерам дискотеки во дворе. Есть программа развлечений для детей. До местного арбата 10-15 минут пешком.
В ресторане (за отдельные деньги) на обед дали шашлык вечернего (вчерашнего) маринада.
В общем сервис не понравился за эти деньги.

В принципе нормальные номера. Аниматоры по четным дням, выход к берегу.
Из минусов- плохой сервис, ресторан на территории дорогой и еда очень на любителя. Сам Алаколь в этом районе довольно грязный. Постоянно мутная вода и водоросли.

Только сегодня приехала. Первое впе чатление очень хорошее. Администраторы располагающие- Бота и Дима, номер комфортный, в ресторане обедали- все отлично!

Питание желает лучшего , что в кафе что столовая . В кафе пересмотрите р - кипер а то берешь чупа супа или мороженное проценты платишь не за что . Так же с бара . В остальном все понравилось

Отличное расположение! Шикарный вид на озеро! Приветливый персонал. Оооо чень вкусная еда в ресторане! Из минусов: грязные номера. В целом, всё очень хорошо!!!

Сама гостиница не плохая, собственный пляж огромный плюс, но не хватает лежаков. Проблема как я понимаю с персоналом, его не хватает. Поэтому территория не ухоженная, а жаль. С уборкой всё плохо. Питание не брали, поэтому не могу ничего конкретно сказать.

Не советую. Постоянные перебои с водой, номера маленькие, работа коллектива не слаженная. Перед заездом на ресепшене женщина жаловалась, что три дня горячей воды не было. Зато деньги сразу просят оплатить и удерживают при досрочном выезде за трое суток, теперь понятно почему. За такой далеко недёшевый отдых, условий вообще нет!
