On 11.12.2024 at 08:35 I took a ticket on an electronic queue, the queue is not shared, people on insurance, pregnant women, etc. go out of turn. All the time, someone new comes in and is passed in front of you. They barely serve, everything is very slow. I stood for more than 30 minutes until 09-05, so my turn did not come, although others had already passed, who came later than me. I went to the reception, the administrators have 0 emotions, no one cares. Wait and that's it. I had to leave after spending more than 30 minutes in vain.
Guys, I have a place to put my money. Disgusting service, disgusting attitude of employees, slow work, the queue is not organized properly.
Then make two windows with the administrators - one for people with insurance, pregnant women, the disabled, etc., and the second for a live end-to-end electronic queue.
People shouldn't stand in line for 30-40 minutes and let someone pass in front of them all the time.
