This is not the first time I have contacted invitro at this address, every time I am greeted by polite and friendly staff. Today I donated blood from a vein, a girl in the treatment room Victoria (if I'm not mistaken) I took the blood so quickly and so carefully that I didn't even feel it, just the golden handles.
