The last time they didn't give out a drink voucher, and even after taking it, there was a bruise, this branch was very badly damaged, I had been walking for many years before, it was a wonderful place and the staff was friendly, but now some people are unhappy with their lives.

I took tests 2 times. The first time I was told off that I didn't drink before the water test, so my veins are empty. You should not drink water only when there is sugar or glucose in the blood. I took an analysis today, I wanted to give the registrar a doctor's appointment to check with what the insurance company confirmed, to which I heard that I would print out the contract now - check it. For the first time since I took the tests, I was told to check the appointment myself. When I said that I did not see the lipidogram prescribed by the doctor in the contract, I heard in response that everything was there. And in the end, they scolded me again for not drinking water, and I had glucose in the analysis, and yesterday they called from Invitro and warned me not to drink water before the analysis. I'm not going there anymore!

I decided to donate zinc, copper and ceruloplasmin. On the Invitro website, prices are much lower than in other laboratories, and the deadline for obtaining a result is a week faster. I decided to rent here. For the entire complex, the price, excluding taking and consumables, was 48.14 rubles. In fact, the registrar announced the amount of more than 80 rubles, explaining that this is the price, taking into account the collection and test tubes, and free copper will also be calculated. Seriously? In other laboratories, blood collection costs 3-5 rubles, test tubes up to 1 rub. Free copper can be calculated by yourself, it's easy. In principle, I did not rent for such a price. It is a pity for the time spent and it is very unpleasant that there is absolutely no relevant information on the site.

Under the same conditions, others get in the first time and without a glass of water. I'm going to work pierced in both hands-one in the wrist, the other in the hand, it's not pleasant when a needle is twisted under the skin in different directions and you also pay for this pain. No one apologizes at the same time. The medical education they boast of does not guarantee perfect injections. The establishment has deteriorated, I think.

You wait for Him like manna from heaven, canceling all treatment (candles, medications) during the waiting period. And when, after completing all the unpleasant procedures and taking time for work, you bring the cherished jar to the Invitro laboratory, it turns out that for three stool tests (protozoa, worms, coprogram) you had to bring THREE containers. This information is not included in the analysis description. And don't say that "it's obvious." At least because the Clinic took all three tests with one container in 10 minutes on foot.
If these reviews are read by someone responsible, please add to the description of the tests on the website in large red letters: when passing several stool tests, it must be decomposed into containers according to the number of tests. So that your clients (and for doctors, patients), who are already having a hard time, do not waste time and do not choose competing laboratories.

Why not divide the queues to the administrators who register patients for tests and separately those who came for a consultation, ultrasound, etc.? Today we stood in line with the child for 40 minutes and did not even place an order. I had to leave when there were 12 people in the queue before our cherished number (after 40 minutes)! I go to a private laboratory because, first of all, efficiency is important to me. I value my time! And when I see that the laboratory assistant is waiting for a few minutes until the next person is registered for blood tests, because before that there were a couple of people for an ultrasound / consultation, I have a lot of questions. People come after us and they are called to the administrator - they get registered and go for an ultrasound, and we stand... what is this supposed to mean? This is by no means a customer-oriented approach! And I would also like to draw attention to the size of the closet, in which not everyone can place their outerwear. And you won't leave them on the couch, because they are busy, and you won't take them with you…

They do not give all the basic information (how to prepare for the analysis, how not to take it, etc.), they do not write out all the tests, although the insurance company sent a letter. Instead of 1 time, I had to walk for 3 days to take all the tests normally. I came in on Saturday. There were zero people, I went straight to the reception. At the same time, one administrator would send me to another, and the other one told me to wait, since she was sharing shoe covers.
When I asked to take a blood test lying down, as I was losing consciousness, the nurse was unhappy.

Huge disappointment Minsk, Log. tract, 25. Sitting in a queue for 1.5 hours waiting to take tests is not a very suitable option in a private laboratory. They accept only a preferential queue, and 1 person from the general queue in 15 minutes. Why can't the client sit for 10 minutes on insurance, but they call him right away. Only after sitting in line for more than an hour and making a remark to the specialists, then they began to serve the general queue. After my remark, other clients began to resent that mere mortals were not needed by anyone. The lab technician who takes the blood, fortunately, works fine. In general, it's complete chaos, two girls at the reception, but they are constantly distracted by other employees, someone is called without a queue, because they make claims.

This is the first time I've seen this in a toll center. And if I hadn't been in the invitro before, I would have decided that everything was terrible in general.
But the network is good, they do the job well, there are no complaints about the results. Usually, the staff is always polite and ready to explain everything necessary.

I spent 2 hours in line. Everyone is allowed to go ahead: who needs to buy a test tube, who goes to the doctor, who is with a child. As a result, everyone has already left, and you are still waiting to take your tests. Nothing from a private laboratory, it will be faster in the city polyclinic. And for the second time, invitro loses my tests. I take it in many laboratories / countries and only invitro manages to lose test tubes. I really hope that when you find them, the genetic material there matches mine. When contacting support, I will be asked to wait until the last moment and only then they will start looking for something. Accordingly, if your tests are prepared for 3 weeks, then only after 3 weeks they will go in search of your test tube, before that they will not even make attempts.
