Microflora analyses without marking the reference range of norm and deviation. To find out the final result, you need to go to the doctor (their doctor works once a week, there is a queue for an appointment at the clinic), I contacted the support service and they shrugged that it was necessary to clarify this point in advance!! It was necessary to get the result as quickly as possible, then, thanks to this short-term laboratory, additional problems appeared, and we had to urgently retake the tests in another one. I highly do not recommend this laboratory, it's just a waste of your time.

This is not the first time I have applied. I like the fact that they work on Saturday, if necessary, the results of ordinary, not special, tests are ready on Sunday, and there is an opportunity to receive by e-mail.
Of the minuses, there is no information on the end of the time of material collection on the site. Arrived at 16:30, the administrator explained that the fence is made before 16:00. But the situation was resolved safely, and I did not have to come another day.

The impressions are very unpleasant. The site claims an expensive and very important analysis, which, to my great regret, is done only in this laboratory. This analysis is done by a doctor who has not been on staff for a very long time. I waited for him. I called to find out when I should come, and I was informed that the collection of material is done from Monday to Friday from 7 to 11 am. I arrived on Monday, saw a large queue and, of course, was upset, because I had been waiting in queues at free clinics. One girl prepares the documents, a queue of 10 people takes 10 minutes per person, and after 40 minutes I decided to clarify whether I should wait at all. I'm glad you asked. The girl replied that the doctor only works on Tuesdays and Thursdays, and only the doctor takes the material for this analysis. The question is: why do you need a certificate if it is incorrect? But that's not all. I arrived on Tuesday, already an hour and a half earlier, and I had no thoughts other than mats. There were so many people that 7 people were standing on the street! Guys, they come to you and pay money, this is not a free clinic where people stand for 3 hours, this is a paid laboratory, hello! Conditions? Wait outside! Service? One person draws up documents for 10 minutes!!! I have no words, I have been trying to pass an expensive analysis for two days in a row and still nothing!!! When will you start doing something about it???
