We arrived at 8 a.m. today to donate blood, and we were also scheduled for an ultrasound scan at another location at 9 a.m. For the first time, there were a lot of people, at 8.45 they began to realize that we would be late and approached the receptionist to warn her that we would leave and return later, since the analysis had already been paid for. But they met us halfway and let us through earlier.
We are very grateful for the considerate attitude, for getting into the situation and saving the situation.

I always applied to Invitro (Vitebsk, 23 Kommunisticheskaya St.) for tests and everything was fine, but today they came to donate blood to a child (4 years old) and were shocked... The electronic queue does not work (but the ticket must be knocked out and a shared live queue must be taken). We stood in line with a 4-year-old child for more than 20 minutes, followed by obstetrician Oksana Ryabushko, who does not know where or what tests to look for in the database. We had the tests scheduled by the doctor on a form!!! I've been asked several times, are you sure you need them? ( there are no comments at all ) No one says anything about the promotion. At the moment, the promotion code word "instagram" is in effect, 11% discount, but they could not explain to me where it is. There is dirt at the entrance and no one cleans it.
P.S. service is 0 for a lot of money.
