I have been an INVITRO patient since 2014. I do not apply often, but once or twice a year consistently. Service I have the area of the Stone Hill. A branch has recently opened opposite our house. There have never been any problems with medical staff or administrators. Everything is always at the highest level. Everyone is attentive and caring. There is one wish: not all the tests that are in the Invitro in the Russian Federation can be done in the Republic of Belarus, and this is a big minus. For example, there is no way to do Brucellosis in Belarus, but it would be nice to exclude this disease.

Overall, a good point. But the staff did not like it very much: they were a little arrogant, almost ridiculed because the tests were not in a pharmacy jar (the same sterile, but not bought in a pharmacy), and in general the attitude is like in a regular polyclinic (where the laboratory assistant takes a million people an hour and already hates everyone). In general, the sediment is not very good left.

I liked Invitro, I visited this laboratory for a long time (like Sinevo) without any problems.
And now I have to warn you.
If you are a woman and need feminine tests, think 1000 times before contacting Invitro (address Kuntsevshchyna, 27, Minsk)
On June 12, 2022, I had to undergo tests in a gynecological chair.
The chair itself has no lowering mechanism and you have to climb up to the height of the chair (and this is quite high and I did it not from 1 or even 2 times. I note that even in polyclinics, chairs are lowered and raised, and this is with free admission).
Everything would be fine if it weren't for the sadism of the nurse taking the tests. While undressing and climbing onto the chair, I explained that with my physiology, only the smallest mirror is suitable for me, and that with lubrication. She explained that even with a man, with complete relaxation and the release of natural lubricant, I feel pain (if the tool is large).
My explanations were constantly met with denial, skepticism and devaluation of my words by the nurse. The latter spoke tactlessly, I did not wait for understanding. Already on the chair, I firmly insisted on a small mirror. The nurse condescended to take a small mirror, but morally, with impatience and irritation, saying that such mirrors are introduced only to small, thin, unborn girls. To this, I objected that the gynecologist Bazulko from the 2nd polyclinic always conducts an examination for me with the help of the smallest mirror and it does not hurt, it is just uncomfortable. Plus, I didn't give birth.
And then all HELL broke loose. The nurse drove a mirror into me, I screamed in pain, tears gushed. I screamed that I was in unbearable pain, but this sadist did not stop, despite the screams and tears, but continued to shove the mirror into me. It was only when I became hysterical that the creature stopped its actions. I was shaking and pounding in this chair for 10 minutes, I couldn't move away from the shock and pain I had experienced. And then something began to reach the underworker, or she was just afraid that I would complain, but it was clear that she softened
. I don't know how, but I decided to repeat the procedure, because the analysis was needed urgently and there was no way out. And even then, the nurse did everything carefully, slowly, with lubrication (the first time she regretted lubricants, the economist).
What can I say, I left the office on bent legs. I last met such service and treatment a long time ago in polyclinics from ancient gynecological grandmothers, they also loved to say: "Did it hurt to lie under a man?"
The young generation of sadists grew up and settled in Invitro.
That's why, for my own money, I have to listen to how I am reprimanded, how words are devalued, how arrogantly they communicate, how they send me into a painful shock?
There's no way I'm going to Invitro to take swabs on a chair anymore. Only blood from a vein (although there are nuances here, give them only good veins)
